"Let me start by saying that we have been staying in B&Bs for years when we travel... from the north to the south of Italy, including the islands! We have never had an experience like this... difficulty in booking: I had to call 2-3 times and write several emails... I was also asked for the deposit (half the price!!) even though Booking specified that no advance payments were required... we arrive at our destination in the morning around 11 and I am told that check-in is only in the afternoon (maybe since we spoke on the phone several times, let them know!!) and when I gave my name they didn't understand who I was... Finally in the afternoon we access the room... minimal is to use a non-offensive adjective, compared to a cost that exceeded € 100 per night and without breakfast.... It is not possible to close the shutters because they are blocked by an air conditioner (well...) there is a blackout curtain that barely covers the French window overlooking the pool and lake... there is another small window above the bed which instead has neither curtains nor shutters... We are the only "guests"... The thing that is even more shocking It's that the room isn't even redone (which has never happened in so many years...). It's a shame because the building, if taken care of, would be beautiful, but it's decidedly neglected. It's definitely an experience not to be repeated."

"Terrible hotel, as soon as you enter you smell mold, we asked for a room with a lake view with a supplement but the lake could not be seen because the vegetation covers it completely. Room on the second floor without a lift so you have to stick your suitcases there... as if that were not enough, small room with non-existent bathroom, sink between two tiny walls and no bidet... for the price paid, it is truly a disgusting hotel... to be crossed off"

"Great location. Great bathroom - with a bath! Bliss.. Fridge not working. The blackout blind has no strap to operate. lots of keys (input from street, entrance to property, entrance to room). No reception area and had to call on the day to get access. لكن - كنت سأحجز مرة أخرى!"

"فندق صغير أنيق مُدار بشكل مستقل، يتميز بسهولة الوصول إلى المرافق المحلية ووسائل النقل العام. قضينا أسبوعًا ممتعًا في استكشاف المنطقة باستخدام القطارات والحافلات والرحلات البحرية. تتوفر العديد من المطاعم على مقربة من الفندق، الذي يقدم إفطارًا كونتيننتال. كانت الغرف واسعة، وإن كانت تحتاج إلى المزيد من منافذ الكهرباء أو منافذ USB، بالإضافة إلى تحسين تصريف مياه الدش. كانت النوافذ قابلة للفتح، وهو ما أسعدنا، وكانت الغرف نظيفة. كما كان الموظفون متعاونين للغاية، حيث قاموا بحمل أمتعتنا بعد تسجيل المغادرة في يومنا الأخير."
