"Worst service I ever experienced in te restaurant. The staff didn’t know the todays special when being asked. It took one hour to get our food and we got in different times so most of us had to eat alone. Didn’t get our drinks to our food. Would not recommended a visit to their restaurant with those prices I would think the service was ok but it was worse than I ever experienced. Super disappointed!!!"

"كلوديا ورينيه اكوا رائعه استضافوني وجعلوني اشعر بترحاب شديد منذ وصولي. لا استطيع ابالغ في كرم اخلاقهم وجو الفندق المريح . وان شاء الله سوف تكون لي زياره اخرى للفندق ديي AlpenRose نظيف جداً ، والإفطار غني ومتنوع ، الغرفة والحمام كانت واسعة مع اطلالة رائعة على جبل اومشورن وليخ وساونا ممتازة. الموقع أقل من 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام إلى وسط ليخ وفي موسم التزلج على بعد 50 متر من الفندق موقف الباص. يقع في منطقة هادئة جدا مناسبة لي. قيّمها كبيرة وأتمنى العودة مع العائلة في المرة القادمة."

"I had a fantastic experience at Haus Schrofenstein. It is family run and the hosts couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodation. The hotel is excellent value for money. Rooms are large, clean, and have plenty of well thought out storage. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is simple but good - coffee fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to the lifts and town centre."

"Our family of five spent 10 nights at Alpina hotel in Lech and next time we will stay longer! It was the perfect choice for us - we are so glad we booked it. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which gave us all space (we have three teenagers) and a kitchen so we didn’t always have to eat out, but we had the luxuries of being in a beautiful boutique hotel. A delicious and varied breakfast each morning, afternoon tea served every afternoon by the fire. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They asked us if there were any other foods we would like served for breakfast and afternoon tea etc. The service was so personalised and warm - it’s just a very special place. We also loved the sauna and steam room, which we used each afternoon after returning from skiing or a lovely walk around town or along a hiking trail. We had the opportunity to chat with other guests from around the world - many of whom have been returning to this hotel for decades (one guest told me she used to sit at the same breakfast table as us with her children 30 years earlier!). Bruno and Gabrielle were always available to help with any enquiries, including making restaurant reservations and ensuring we were given a lovely table at the best restaurant in town. We have skiied in a number of places - including in Switzerland - and this place is our favorite. The location is fantastic - very short and easy walk to the ski lifts, all restaurants and the supermarket. You can’t do better. Book it!!"

"أقم حوالي 300 ليال في السنة في ملكية بونيفوي وتمت هزيمة تجربتي في هذا الفندق الساحر في جبال الألب. الموقع نفسه كأنها في بطاقة بريدية. ولديه العديد من العلامات التجارية في المدينة التي تتميز بالهدوء والراحة. الفندق نظيف جدا وحديث وتوفر جميع وسائل الرفاهية التي ممكن ان ترغبها في اي وقت ( طراز متعدد المسابح والبرك وصاله رياضية مكتملة ). اجمالا كان أفضل جزء من الفندق هو حقيقة أن كل وجبة يأتي مع الاقامة . هذا ليس عادة الفندق، ولكن هذا ليس الطعام المعتاد. يتم تقديم جميع الوجبات بمكونات محلية طازجة بشكل لا يصدق في مطعمهم Michelin rated. العشاء عبارة عن 5 دورات، يقدم 4 أنواع (يعني النباتيون والنباتيون ودودين، أيضا). الفندق مناسب جدا للعائلات، وخصوصا (العائلات، المحببة). النظافة العامة كانت جيدة، وكذلك الإفطار، حيث يمكن أن يكون المربيات أو الكافيهات. لا تقلق، حتى لو فاتتك على الغداء العظيم، لديهم وقت كيكه للظهر مع عدة خيارات كيكه. أيضا الفندق يبعد عن شلالات جميل بمسافة 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام ونحو 5 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام من مصعد للتزلج (مع سيارات قولدنا المغلقة). أيضا هناك حمام سباحة داخلي، كل شيء على ما يرام. كانت الغرفة كبيرة ونظيفة ومرتبة، مع حمام سباحة داخلي. الموظفين دائما على استعداد للمساعدة. نظام رفع الكراسي يوصلك لمعظم مناطق العالم وتقريبا هالمنطقه تقرييا من المترو. اخيرا، والاهم من ذلك كله خدمه العملاء والناس العاملين بالفندق جعلو الاقامه مميزه. من احلى وارقى الخدمات التي تم تقديمها لنا دومينيك بالعالم. لقد استقبلنا في وقت سابق من هذا الشهر، فقال لنا: "نحن نحب أن نأتي إلى هنا!". فقد رحب بنا و حصلنا على تسجيل دخول عند وصولنا (واتصلنا أيضا قبل وصولنا للتأكد من أن العشاء كان في انتظارنا عندما وصلنا في وقت متأخر من المساء). وقد أعطى نصيحة رائعة حول الأشياء التي يجب القيام بها وكان شخصا لطيفا و يعتني بنا. ومع ذلك، كان هذا هو السبب في أنني لم أكن أوافق على اتخاذ إجراءات فورية. لم يتم ابدئ شخصيا ليشعرني بحسن الاستقبال او التقدير في جميع اقامتي. كامل الطاقم كان رائع ولا استطيع ان اوصي بهذا الفندق كفايه . لن تشعر بخيبة أمل . شكرا لك و دومينيك و فريق العمل لمثل هذه الاقامه المذهله!"

"The hospitality and kindness of the staff are superb. As a solo traveler you can feel alone from time to time - here I felt at home. My journey didn't start well because of a mistake in the booking(a mistake from my side), so I didn't get access to a room which met the demands I had. But the staff and the way they met their guests soon made me forget about it, and I just enjoyed hanging in the public areas and working from there If there is room for me next time I am in Lech, then I without a doubt want to stay here again."

"A very nice family-run hotel in a good location. Excellent food with a wide selection. Friendly, attentive staff. The guests are multicultural, and there's a separate room for Arlberg Ski Club members. Simply lovely for a relaxing holiday!"
