"Worst service I ever experienced in te restaurant. The staff didn’t know the todays special when being asked. It took one hour to get our food and we got in different times so most of us had to eat alone. Didn’t get our drinks to our food. Would not recommended a visit to their restaurant with those prices I would think the service was ok but it was worse than I ever experienced. Super disappointed!!!"

"Hotel Arlberg Lech exceeded every expectation and is easily our favorite hotel we've ever visited. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully updated with modern amenities, yet still full of the cozy, timeless charm of a classic Alpine mountain lodge. Every detail feels intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. You can also feel the love and care the owning family puts into the property. Their presence creates a warm, genuine atmosphere that makes the hotel feel more like a home than a place to stay. The amenities are top-notch, the location is unbeatable, and the reception team's hiking and biking recommendations were perfect. Exploring the surrounding mountains was effortless, and the scenery is simply breathtaking. This hotel gave us an unforgettable experience, and we already know we'll be back in both the summer and winter. Next time, we'll be bringing our families. We can't recommend Hotel Arlberg Lech enough."

"Small but nice house. Not cheap, but nothing is cheap in Lech.....My single room (with parquet flooring) was spacious enough, nice and clean bathroom. The bed has a good mattress, the duvet was too warm for me personally (but that's a matter of taste). The kettle in the room was very practical! The breakfast buffet is great! Very good selection of different things! The homemade muesli is a highlight!! I will definitely come back!"

"Bruno and his team are the most friendly welcoming people. They make you feel like house guests and what a house!! Charming ,cosy, open fire, delicious healthy treats both at breakfast and afternoon tea, Homemade preserves and a very special morning 'Schnapps ' made from celery and carrot , sets you up for the day. The service is impeccable .Very Alpine, very gorgeous and extremely relaxed, immaculate. The perfect combination. We have already reserved for next year, cannot wait!"

"لقد مررت انا وشريكتي بعطلة رائعة تجاوزت كل توقعاتنا. كان المكان يتمتع بسحر جبال الألب الأصلي الذي جعلنا نشعر وكأننا في تراجع جبال مريح. كان لدينا عروض جميلة من الجبال ومشاهدة المشاهدين على الهواء. وكان لدينا عروض زائدة من التلفزيون في بعض الأحيان. لقد كان من دواعي سروري البالغ أن نتلقى هذه التوصية. كانت الخدمة الشخصية الفريدة من نوعها، مما جعلنا نشعر بأننا حقا مميزة والترحيب من لحظة وصولنا. من بين أبرز المظاهر التي تبعث على السرور أيضًا الكعك المصنع منزلي الذي خدم في فترة ما بعد الظهر! كما أننا تمكنا من زيارة موقع الفندق الذي قريب من المطار، الذي سيتم تقديمه في وقت قريب من مغادرة المدينة إلى المطار، على الرغم من أننا اتخذنا ذلك في وقت مبكر كان هذا لمس رائع جداً و أضاف شعوراً دافئاً، موطنياً لتجربةنا. كل يوم، كنا نتطلع بشوق إلى الاستمتاع بهذه العلاجات اللذيذة - لم نتمكن من مقاومة :) بالطبع، كانت النقاط البارزة لإقامتنا هي طاولة الشيف. وكانت تجربة الطبخ لا تنقص من المدهشة، مع أطباق مميزة أظهرت ابداع ومهارات الطهاة. كانت عيد ميلاد مفاجأة حقيقية للشعور وتجربة لا تنسى في وجبة العشاء. بشكل عام، كانت إقامتنا مثالية في كل طريقة، ونحن لا يمكن أن ننتظر للعودة. كان لدينا رحلة عائلية إلى هولندا في عام 2015، وكان على مقربة من "موسكو" في البلدة القديمة. موصى به بشدة لمن يبحث عن هروب جبال الالب الساحرة وذات ذكرى!"

"Great location- ski in/out. Staff was very nice and price includes breakfast in the morning. The hotel also has a spa with steam room and sauna. It was such a treat after a day of skiing. There is also a bar for apre and they make great lattes. It is a great location as you can also walk to town for dinner and shopping."

"لقد اخترنا فندق بيرجوف لاحتفالنا بذكرى زواجنا السنوية ال30. لقد كان ذلك مثاليا. من الترتيبات المختارة إلى دفء الترحيب وخدمة لا تُنسى من قبل كل عضو في الفريق ، كانت إقامتنا مثالية. كان من الرائع أن نحظى بفرصة الترحيب والضيافة بفرصة إقامة رائعة واستمتعنا بها. كل الشكر و التقدير لمدير الفندق بيجيف استمتعنا بشكل خاص بالموقع المركزي، والديكور المريح الأنيق، واختيارات الإفطار والبار المريح مع خدمة متفوقة من اوليفر والزملاء. السبا كان بارد بشكل مدهش وكان موظفين الاستقبال متمكنين من مساعدتي في اي وقت عند فقدي حافظتي. لقد استعجلوا بإحضاره إلى غرفتي بعد أن تم العثور عليها في الخارج. كان دافئ وهدوء من جميع الموظفين يعني أن كان لنا أكبر تأثير إيجابي في إقامتك لدينا. كان لدينا كل فرصة جيدة للبقاء في الفندق. بفضل كل المشاركة في جعل "در بيرغوف" ملجأ ممتعاً حيث يمكن أن ترتاح وتجديد شبابك بالكامل."

"Wonderful 5 star hotel. The owners are present and highly visible and helpful. The registration personnel exceptional - in fact the entire staff should be commended for going out of their way to make our visit outstanding. No request was to out of reach. The annual classic car rally was ending when we arrived and provided great entertainment. We did get the Lech card which was well worth it as there are so many places to visit including beautiful lakes and wonderful gondola mountain vistas to reach."

"Unfortunately we only stayed one night but a perfect little hotel to stay in during spring. About a five minute walk to the Rüdikopf gondola and shops. Also a short but a little steep walk to the town ‘butcher’ which also has a restaurant - and wonderful Leberkäs. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable lounge and our room had the biggest bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful with good choices. The owner is exceptionally friendly."

"Our family of five spent 10 nights at Alpina hotel in Lech and next time we will stay longer! It was the perfect choice for us - we are so glad we booked it. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which gave us all space (we have three teenagers) and a kitchen so we didn’t always have to eat out, but we had the luxuries of being in a beautiful boutique hotel. A delicious and varied breakfast each morning, afternoon tea served every afternoon by the fire. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They asked us if there were any other foods we would like served for breakfast and afternoon tea etc. The service was so personalised and warm - it’s just a very special place. We also loved the sauna and steam room, which we used each afternoon after returning from skiing or a lovely walk around town or along a hiking trail. We had the opportunity to chat with other guests from around the world - many of whom have been returning to this hotel for decades (one guest told me she used to sit at the same breakfast table as us with her children 30 years earlier!). Bruno and Gabrielle were always available to help with any enquiries, including making restaurant reservations and ensuring we were given a lovely table at the best restaurant in town. We have skiied in a number of places - including in Switzerland - and this place is our favorite. The location is fantastic - very short and easy walk to the ski lifts, all restaurants and the supermarket. You can’t do better. Book it!!"

"كان لدينا إقامة مذهلة للغاية في فندق روت واند في أبريل! قضيت أنا وصديقتي ثلاثة ليالي هناك، وقد تجاوزت توقعاتنا في كل من الاتجاهين. كانت واحدة من أبرز النقاط بالتأكيد تجربة الغذاء. مطعم الشيف كانت متميزه – فقد كان مبدع ومجهز وذاكر بشكل رائع وفوق هذا كله كان العشاء على " الأصدقاء والاخوات" تجربة كانت ممتعه وفريده من نوعها حيث الاجواء الرائعة والأطباق المذهلة والمميزه ولا ننسى الطبق الأول الذي كان يحضر على "كل شيء غالى ولا ننسى ".... ذهبنا أيضا للتزلج ، وحتى في الربيع كانت تزلج ال/زخرفة نجحت بشكل مذهل. في الطريق إلى الوراء كان علينا فقط المشي حوالي دقيقتين بسبب الثلوج المحدود– بشكل صحيح ولا يزال ملائمًا للغاية. منطقة السبا كانت تسليط الضوء الأخضر آخر كبير. لقد أحببنا المجمعات وخصوصا برنامج الساونا ، بما في ذلك عرض ساونا مذهلة لم نتوقعها في هذا المستوى. ما يجعل هذا الفندق حقا مميزة على الرغم من ذلك ، إلا أنه من المجمل نشط. كانت الغرف نظيفة ومريحة للغاية. استمتعنا الإفطار في الفندق ، ولكن كنا سعداء جداً بالاستعراضات الرائعة. كان الإفطار والعشاء مرضية للغاية ، ولكن كنا نحب مجموعة متنوعة من الأطباق الباردة. إنه مكان عائلي يدار بمثل هذا الخصوصيه و الجمع بين التصميم الممتاز و الحديث و الرقي و الجو الحار و الترحيبي. الموظفون كانوا في غاية الود و التفاني طوال فترة اقامتنا. بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى ، مزيج ممتاز من الفخامه و المرح و الاصالة. سنعود بالتأكيد إلى روت واند!"

"The hospitality and kindness of the staff are superb. As a solo traveler you can feel alone from time to time - here I felt at home. My journey didn't start well because of a mistake in the booking(a mistake from my side), so I didn't get access to a room which met the demands I had. But the staff and the way they met their guests soon made me forget about it, and I just enjoyed hanging in the public areas and working from there If there is room for me next time I am in Lech, then I without a doubt want to stay here again."

"The family-run Hotel Hubertus is highly recommended. The value for money is excellent. Very comfortable and clean rooms (single rooms are also available!), a rich breakfast buffet, a delicious dinner with a large salad buffet and always a vegetarian option in the evening, and excellent service from everyone. Markus and Monica are welcoming hosts who fulfill all your wishes and always have an activity tip up their sleeve. They make a real effort, and guests feel it. As the icing on the cake, there's always a fresh homemade cake available late in the afternoon, as a little refreshment after skiing and before a delicious dinner ;-). You can ski directly from the hotel to the slopes and later (after a short section in deep snow) back right next to the hotel (underground parking and ski storage included). The village is also just a stone's throw away on foot; the medical center and pharmacy are literally around the corner. The wellness and relaxation area are very clean and soothing. This was our first time staying with you, and certainly not the last! Thank you, Markus and Monica, for a relaxing ski holiday with you."
