Spacious & Clean - Highly Recommend!
Spacious house with a beautiful view in a peaceful golf & lake community. Great area to walk, bike, etc. Probably the most generous & well-stocked rental in which we’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for minimalist modern accommodations, this might not be for you. However, if you’re looking for a very comfortable & very clean house on one level, this is the perfect property. We will definitely return the next time we’re in the Sanford area!

The Perfect Home Away!
What a lovely property! The house is in a beautiful gated community with lakes and woods and a golf course. It is nearby the business district of Sanford making shopping easy.
The house itself is perfect for a peaceful vacation. Large, well decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of closet space. 3 bathrooms. Large tvs and a huge deck with grill. Sunroom for lounging. Excellent air conditioning.
The housekeeping was impeccable! Every room was immaculate.
This truly is a perfect home away from home. Thank - you Polina for maintaining such a welcoming rental.

Look No Further While in Sanford
My friends and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Polina was a great hostess and communicated clearly and promptly throughout our check in process. The property is in a great location and is appointed with many fine comforts.

Carolina Getaway
If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful get away this property was just that. Very clean, spacious, peaceful and cozy along with beautiful scenery from the back deck. Check in and check out process was super easy and property owner answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Hoping it is available next year for our annual Carolina trip!! Great place to stay!!

Perfect for Wedding Guests
I choose this house because it is in our neighborhood. I put the florist for my wedding here. I was able to have all the flowers delivered to my house and brought them over to this house for my florist from out of state to do all the arrangements. It was perfect. Plenty of space for the 3 people. The host was super responsive when we asked about garage access. I would use this accommodation again. My only thought would be to mark the driveway a little better. It is a sort of shared driveway and hard to see in the dark.
