"Room had more of a partial ocean view. The pool for the room was freezing cold, couldn’t even use it. Breakfast is all self serve, including coffee. Parking is a nightmare. Lots of families and young children. I would stay someplace else if I were to ever visit Lefkada again."

"We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for us. Clean room, all mod cons; WiFi and air con worked fine. We parked outside the hotel to leave our luggage, and then parked in a private area less than 5 minutes away. We had breakfast locally, at Cup & Joy and also the Croissant Cafe. Everything else is an easy walk away. Friendly staff - definitely recommend"

"كنا نظن فندق سانتا مارينا ممتازا. نظافه استثنائيه ، الغرفه مريحه جدا ، السرير المريح المحبذ ووسائد لطيفة. مناشف كانت لطيفه أيضا. هناك جميع الملحقات التي يحتاجها المسافر. هناك الكثير من المطاعم على مستوى الفندق ، ولكن هناك بعض المقاهي والمطاعم القريبة. تم تجديد الحمام مؤخرا، ولكن استحمام الدش لا يزال يتسرب، وكان علينا وضع مناشف صغيرة على الأرض! هذا ليس شذوذا في حمام اليونان على الرغم من أن هذه التجربة كانت! يقع الفندق في الضواحي. كانت غرفة النوم صغيرة جدا. كان السرير مريح. كان الحمام صغير. كان السرير صغير. كان علينا أن ندفع أكثر من نصف ليلة له. شرفتنا كانت مع منظر جميل على البحر وكان جذابا للجلوس هناك في المساء. الإفطار كان جيدا، كان لدينا شكوى الوحيدة أنه يفتقر إلى اختيار الفواكه - ميركيور (لا أحب ذلك) أو الجوز الهندي كل يوم. عندما وصلنا لم تكن هناك فرصة لتناول الطعام في أحد المقاهي المجاورة. الموظفين مهذبا، وساعدونا كثيرا. تناولنا في الفندق ثلاث مرات وبوفيه العشاء كان ممتازا وبجودة جيده واختيار واسع. المكيف في المطعم جعله بارد جدا ففضلنا الجلوس في الخارج على التراس مع إطلالة ساحره ولكن بالنسبة لأولئك الذين اختاروا تناول الطعام في الداخل كان هناك موسيقى لطيفة لطيفة تعزف. وجدنا أن الموظفين جميعهم ودودون ومفيدون. كان الشيء الوحيد الذي فسد عطلتنا قليلا هو وجود أسرة مع طفل صغير (أقل من اثنين)كان المصعور، يمكننا سماعه غالبا من غرفتنا، وأيضا كان في وقت متأخر من المساء بواسطة ال pool family كان هناك دائما. نحن نحب السلام والهدوء في إجازة. لم نذهب إلى الشاطئ في اغيو نيكيتا لأنها كانت مزدحمة جداً. شعرت أن السير إلى شاطئ ميلوس سيكون أكثر مما ينبغي بالنسبة لي. ولكن لحسن الحظ كان لدينا سيارة أجرة وتمكنا من القيادة إلى أماكن أخرى. ولكن يتعين علي أن أحذر الناس ــ إن ليفكادا جزيرة مزدحمة للغاية، حتى في سبتمبر/أيلول. وكانت الطرق إلى الشواطئ الغربية دائماً متوقفة على السيارات، وإذا قابلت شيئاً يأتي بالطريق الآخر فقد يكون ذلك أمراً بالغ الصعوبة حقا. كتيريا لافونتين في جزيرة رائعة ويعتبر فندق سانتا مارينا من الفنادق المميزة ولكن في حال لم يعجبك الأماكن المزدحمة فمن الأفضل ان تختار جزيرة أخرى"

Grand TheoNi Boutique Hotel & Spa

"We stayed at a supposed 4-star hotel in Lefkada (“Grand Theoni”), and the experience was far from what was advertised. Upon arrival, we were shown a room that was completely unsuitable for a family with a child – it had a double bed and a very uncomfortable armchair-bed that even a small child could not properly sleep on. This was not the room we had booked. To their credit, the staff immediately offered us a larger room – but only at an extra cost, which we had no real choice but to accept. As we were traveling with a child, we requested half board (HB). However, once we arrived, we discovered that “HB” meant a fixed, predefined menu chosen entirely by the hotel, with no regard for our preferences or dietary needs. No one asked what we eat or don’t eat. We were also the only guests in the hotel being treated this way, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. When we asked if we could cancel the dinners, we were told it would not be a problem, but since we had booked through an agency, we needed to contact them. We immediately did so, and our agent repeatedly tried to reach the hotel via email during our entire stay. The hotel never responded to those emails. Meanwhile, when we asked the hotel directly, they falsely claimed that our agent had not contacted them, which was simply not true. Only after we had already left did they finally respond to the agent – and then refused any refund, even partial, with the excuse that they had already purchased food products. For an entire week in advance? This is not a reasonable justification. Overall, this hotel showed a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and honesty. The handling of the situation was unacceptable, and the communication was misleading at best. Do not stay here. This place is highly unreliable and operates in a very dishonest manner."

Porto Galini Seaside Resort & Spa

"Fantastic hotel built in the hillside as a village setting. So immaculately looked after. The location is picturesque and really feels like a get away from it all reset. Staff without exception are fantastic, caring and professional. Special thanks to housekeeping for such a great job. Spiros on Concierge. Chryssa and her fabulous team in the restaurant. The chefs and kitchen staff especially for catering so well for a gluten free diet. Compliments to the chef that makes Mongolian beef…wow! The show cooking chef too! Pool bar and beach service too are all great staff. It was such a relaxing experience staying in the resort. The menu is extensive and changes daily with a different theme, so much choice. Everything is quality and fresh. Hotel is not really suited to anyone with mobility issues. Our room was 148 steps down to the beach (no lift) or take the path which is obviously on a gradient. The restaurant and bar are about 20 steps up from the beach. The beach is private to the hotel with very comfortable sun loungers. There’s more than enough so it didn’t look like people were putting towels and claiming them. We booked our holiday with Jet2 and booked a private taxi transfer with them too. Our taxi driver Nikos was reliable and we paid him also to collect another member of our family who joined us during the holiday. Details for Nikos on attached photo. We hired a car through Broumis, a family business based in Nydri and they delivered to the hotel, easy to deal with and definitely recommend."

"Katerina Resort كانت رائعة! Andreas (مالك) والموظفين رائعين! كانت تجربة رائعة! البيئة ودية ومفيدة للغاية مع التوصيات مثل الشواطئ والمطاعم وحتى المواقع الأخرى التي لم نفكر في الرؤية بعد (المنازل الضوءية، الكنائس، الخ). ليفت كادا هي جزيرة جميلة ومدينة فاسيليكي غريغة ومع ذلك حي. مكان رائع للبقاء، ونحن سوف نعود!!!! فهل من الممكن أن تأخذ على طول رحلة إلى جزر المالديف في المستقبل القريب؟!"

"If you are looking for a peaceful quiet relaxing place to stay this is it lovely rooms i had a seaview with a balcony good size pool plenty of loungers all with umbrellas i had bed an breakfast board the breakfast is continental style but plenty of choice there is a bus service which stops a 2 minute walk from hotel i personally hired a car for 3 days just to get about an see the rest of island which is really scenic the staff at hotel were lovely really helpful would definately go back"
