"Booked hotel for 1 night to visit friends and family. Checked in the evening. Was greeting and treated really well when I checked in, which was super quick. Rooms were close to each other as requested and very clean. Had a great nights sleep. Excellent all around. Will defo stay again."

"I’d stay there again because the bed was larger and more comfortable than the hotel I usually stay at on my annual trip to see family. Room was clean. The downsides: We arrived at around 11:30 and they wouldn’t check us in until after 12, I get that this is policy but other hotels in the city are flexible and we’d been travelling 20 hours. Also the air con in the room didn’t work and it was very hot for the UK so had a bit of trouble sleeping. They said they’d take a look and gave us a fan because I guess they couldn’t do anything but it didn’t quite cut it…"

"One of the most soulless hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff had one job during a two-night stay which was to replace a couple of tea bags and to give me a new toilet roll (missing on arrival). Couldn't even manage that despite requesting a refresh of such things through hanging sign on door which was still there when I came back in the evening. One blessing: it was very quiet, but that's because hardly any other guests were there."
