Pros The location of the hotel is really good. It’s right in the heart of action. In addition, upon entering the room, there is a mini kitchenette which was a good surprise. Cons. Actually come out you have to get everyone upstairs yourself. There is no cart to help you out. When you add that to the lock of parking, it becomes a real problem. There is only one person checking you in. She is also the receptionist for the bar and restaurant downstairs. When you make it up in the room, you quickly realize that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. You played that the weather cooperate. What makes this matter even more difficult to deal with is the fact that the room is very small. The response to the complaint of such was that“We will take a note of it“. Why do I care if the microwave is fixed after I leave? How do I know that the previous occupant complained about it or not? The TV is very small. It is slightly smaller than my computer monitor.

Gutes bis mittelmäßiges Hostel - FÜr Backpaper Gut Grauenvoller Service und kein Waschraum/WaMa! Grauenvoller Service. Kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Dilettantismus und Launenhaftigkeit von Seiten des Personals insb. der Verantwortlichen in einer Dimension, dass jede Art der Beschreibung untertrieben ist. Wer es günstig mah und auf Gewohnheiten verzichten kann ist hier richtig.

Das Hostel liegt super zentral und macht rein äußerlich schon was her, das Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen und für ein Hostel wären Matratzenschoner angebracht.Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.

Everyone was kind and helpful even at the bar. Came here with my study group trip. Overall the location itself is close to almost everything which is convenient. But about the room, the cleaning could be better because I saw many spots where it was dusty. And on the last night out of nowhere the glass wall of the shower broke down in the middle of the night which was unconviniant…

Die Unterkunft ist gut zu finden und praktisch gelegen. Man kann sie zu Fuß gut erreichen, da sich viele Parkhäuser im Umfeld befinden. Insgesamt macht die Unterkunft einen guten Eindruck. Allerdings war unser Zimmer bei Anreise noch etwas schmutzig (Staubflocken samt Haaren neben dem Bett, Haare auf dem Laken), die Fußleisten neben dem Bett waren lose, sodass sie, sobald man aufgrund des begrenzten Platzes anstößt, quer durchs Zimmer fliegen. Im Badezimmer fehlte eine Ablage über dem Waschbecken (Halterung war da, aber Platte nicht) und eine andere Halterung war dermaßen lose in der Wand, dass man Angst hatte, etwas draufzulegen. Die Lüftung im Bad war außerdem so laut wie ein Laubbläser… aber das nervigste Geräusch waren die knarzenden Betten, die bei jeder Gelegenheit Geräusche von sich gaben. Das war wirklich nervig! Ähnliche Geräusche fanden sich auch in den Zimmern unserer Mitreisenden, sodass ich von einem allgemeinen Problem dieser Bettkonstruktionen ausgehe. Was mir wirklich positiv gefiel, war das Frühstück, das liebevoll vorbereitet für lediglich 10€/Person in der Lounge dazugebucht werden konnte. Generell möchte ich betonen, dass die Angestellten alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren. Aber nach unseren Erfahrungen werden wir das Hostel wohl nicht noch einmal buchen.

I had a wonderful stay here when I fist came to Leipzig as a student. I also made a very good friend from the first day here. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. One great thing is they let me put my luggage at the basement after checking out. Thanks again for everything!
