World class service! I feel very welcomed by the staffs even days before our trip. They are great at communicating with us and answered any questions and provided anything we needed! The room is so comfortable and aesthetic!! I didn’t wanna leave the room lol. There’s a complimentary bath and I picked the herbal bath. They prepared it very well by deep sanitizing the bathtub and brewing the herbal bath. We also did our laundry while we stayed there. There are a lot of traditional Miao Tribe clothes that we can put on and take photos for free. One of the staffs took photos for me and my family with their camera. She also helped me put on accessories. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for our stay. Their staff picked us up at the little north gate and carried our luggages all the way up to our hotel and they did the same baggage delivery service when we are leaving. Words cannot describe how thoughtful and excellent their services is. I will book this hotel again in our future visit to the Miao village and I highly recommend it to anyone!

This boutique hotel presents an amazing surprise in the depths of the Miao Village.
The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art Smart Home systems. For example, one could control the curtains and lighting with verbal commands—in mandarin.
There was a slide and ball pit in our room, which was a bonus.
The bathtub is one of the largest offerings we have encountered and come with a herbal bath services that is included with the booking fee.
Whilst the hotel doesn’t have round-the-clock room service, one could ask the front desk for help with food orders by means of a local food delivery app. Our McDonalds order arrived within half an hour.
The hotel provides Miao traditional clothes for guests to wear and take photos, free of charge.
Last but not least, the hotel rooms provide a beautiful and unblocked view of the Miao village and the mountainous terrain.
The hotel crew that we met were extremely helpful, and would help provide additional lighting for night photo shoots, carry your bags, and also bring food to your room. Xiao Ning, Xiao Hai and Xiao Kai were really wonderful hotel staff who went the extra mile to make our stay most comfortable and memorable. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL and the host is so warm and welcoming! The view is amazing and they even prepared a bubble bath. The hotel is very well equipped with all the facilities and amenities required. The meals prepared are very thoughtful too 🥹 will definitely come back again.

It was a perfect stay. The hotel is in a very good location, with a bird's eye view of most of the village. The housekeeper was very considerate and responsible. He picked us up at Xiaobei Gate and introduced the tour routes and food guide. The check-in fruit, afternoon tea and breakfast were all very nice. It is worthy of being ranked in the top three B&Bs on Ctrip. It is highly recommended! !
