“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “
When checkin ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy available .
While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended .
Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest
Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes .
Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge .
Conclusion :
Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low .
