Habitación abuhardillada con poca ventilación, el suelo de parqué en la zona de la mesilla de noche, destrozado. Una pena que un alojamiento de ese nivel y en el lugar que está tenga ese suelo.

There’s about 10% of the staff here who detest and essentially “spit upon” foreigners. There’s at least 6 employees who go out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable. The man who works nights at the front desk is generally mean and not personable. I asked for a thermometer because two of the young school girls traveling with our family have fevers: headache and vomiting. He would not allow me to bring the thermometer up to the room to quickly check the girl’s temperatures. I offered to leave him my cell phone, so he knew I’d be right back, but he refused and said there’s a 24 hour pharmacy which I know to be in a questionably safe part of town. The atmosphere her is charming and rooms are comfortable, but if customers are uncomfortable with staff… the business can expect not to have customers for long. Ana, maitre d at restaurant possesses a strong ability to belittle customers as well. Such a shame that a hotel with such potential turns off guests SO seriously.

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay. I stayed for one night in a small cosy hotel room which was decorated in a modern way and was a equipped with TV, AC and fridge. Bathroom was also modern. There would need to be some renovation but still fine. Breakfast buffet was also nice. Continental breakfast with lots of choices and fresh coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

The receptionist is a thief! I booked a room on 05/26 by credit card on the hotel website, he sent me an email at 4 a.m. on the day of my arrival on 07/22 to tell me that he was unable to charge my credit card even though my reservation specifies that payment is made at the hotel and that the credit card is only used as a guarantee. He told me that if I don't give him my credit card number by phone or in writing by email, he will cancel my reservation. I was already on the road so I assured him that I would be at the hotel at 3 p.m. but he didn't want to wait for me and canceled my reservation at 1:30 p.m. I arrived at the hotel at 2:45 p.m., the receptionist told me that he canceled the reservation but that the room was still available but more expensive. This person is a crook, a thief! He wouldn't give me the price for my reservation so I had to leave with my wife and 2 children to look for a new hotel. It's a disgrace to behave like this with customers, it's disgusting!

Hotel ideally located in the heart of the old town of Leon, a stone's throw from all the monuments and a few hundred meters from the Camino de Santiago. The room I had was average, under the roof but quiet. It's clean, in good condition but not luxurious, less than three stars. The people at the reception are friendly, which is not the case for the bartender. On the other hand, the restaurant is good, and the service is fast. Overall, a perfectly adequate hotel, if not luxurious. A plus, it is located 700 or 800 meters from the train station, in a straight line, and very easy to find and get there on foot.

Their customer service, response time, and manners are a disaster. They respond whenever they feel like it, changing the terms of the contract. They moved us to a superior room after we had agreed to and approved a lower one, accepting it. We reserved a car, and then they canceled it.

This is my second time here and I'm still very happy. The room is decent and very clean. The bathroom is spotless. The welcome is warm, the restaurant-bar is very pleasant, and the staff is great. I look forward to coming back next year.

100% recommended. The location is unbeatable. Right on Calle Ancha and just a stone's throw from the Cathedral. It also has its own parking lot so you can forget about your car. The facilities are worthy of any 4-star hotel. A 10/10 service. The staff is very professional and always willing to make your stay more comfortable. Truly fantastic.

Poor reception service. They don't let you unload at the hotel. What one receptionist says isn't valid for the rest... they're just words... And when you express your dissatisfaction, they don't treat you well; they just want you to leave, to never come back. Despite being buffet-style, breakfast isn't served every day; it depends on the season and the day of the week, according to Irene, the receptionist.

We didn't stay at the hotel; we went exclusively to the spa. It was a pleasant visit for a relaxing moment. It's not very large, but it has a fairly comprehensive thermal circuit. Good value and friendly staff. Recommended.

Modern hotel in Leon, with spa and fitness center. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. For the location the price is a bit expensive. The staff is efficient and available. Large breakfast room and availability of bicycle storage

I'm giving one star because I can't give it a zero. Terrible. Very poor service from the staff, and rude. They also did whatever they wanted and ruined our anniversary. We made the reservation through *********** and selected a double bed, and when we arrived, we found two small beds. We went down to reception to report it, and they said the hotel was fully booked and that they had to change it that way, and that's how it is. Furthermore, on ***********, we selected "pay later" at the property, and when we arrived, they told us they had already deducted the amount, without even asking. A rip-off: €120 for a room with two beds and an interior view, and if you add that to the rest of the experience... I would never recommend it.

Location is great, right in the center. Friendly reception. Had a single room. When I entered it didn't smell very fresh. It probably had something to do with the spa. A window could be opened, but that did not go away the strange smell. As a result, I personally found the price/quality ratio to be mediocre
