I've stayed at this holiday Inn many times in the past but this time was different, the experience was disgusting. I woke up one morning with the aroma of sewer in my room which was unbearable, I couldn't even stay in the room. The supervisor told me that my room would be 'cleaned' which they should've moved me to a different room. I tipped the the guy that 'cleaned' my room and tried to relax but then found a roach in my room. I alerted the supervisor once again about the issue and he did move me to a different room this time. I was disgusted and asked them if they washed clothing which they have a laundry mat free of charge. I spent my day waiting for my room to be 'cleaned', moved and then had to wash all my clothing to make sure I didn't carry the infestation with me. The best the Supervisor could do was give me a measly $200 peso discount for my 5 day stay at this hotel. I will be filing a claim with the city because I am sure that they have a roach infestation and they're covering it up which is a huge health hazard. Never again will I stay at this hotel with poorly trained staff.

Pedimos frigobar y traía cucarachas, ofrecieron fumigarlo, al final trajeron otro. El restaurante por la noche: ensalada con tres piscas de queso de cabra, sin arugula. Cecina de enchiladas tiesa como cartón y sin sabor. Sopa azteca mini y pasta bolognesa fría, sin sabor y sin salsa de tomate. Al quejarnos nos comentaron que la cecina que ellos manejan es seca y que así se come en el bajío. No nos cobraron ese platillo, pero la comida parecía peor que de un rancho, no creo que tengan chef. Lo único rico fue un club sandwich y una quesadilla frita. La alberca si funciona y está tibia. El cuarto está muy limpio.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones handicap xq viajamos con 2 personas en silla de ruedas, no respetaron la reservación y nos comentó la señorita Jimena de recepción que solo cuentan con 2 habitaciones en un hotel de 175 habitaciones! Son 0 inclusivos y las chicas que atienden en recepción sumamente groseras, pedimos un banquito de plástico y nos comentaron que lo estaban usando y no podían prestarlo, el hotel se ve descuidado y las habitaciones, elevador y demás instalaciones con mal olor! Busquen otra opción, hay hoteles más baratos y con mejor calidad!

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de prácticamente todos los lugares de interés comercial y turísticos. Si bien es cierto que ya tiene sus años encima, se encuentra muy bien mantenido, por lo que eso no representa ningún problema, ya que muchas áreas han sido bien remodeladas. Cuenta con alberca climatizada y techada, lo cual es un plus, una cafetería y un bar con bebidas muy buenas. El restaurante ofrece alimentos muy bastos y ricos, tanto a la carta como en el bufet de desayuno. El punto fuerte es la calidad del servicio, desde las chicas de la recepción hasta los meseros y personal de limpieza son extremadamente amables y serviciales, lo que hace que toda la estadía valga totalmente la pena. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo, es una muy buena experiencia.

Ha bajado la calidad del hotel, muchas cosas sin mantenimiento, desde habitaciones, área de gym, alberca. No existe área de negocios solo un escritorio sobre el pasillo principal con mucho ruido. Las habitaciones con muchos detalles. Nada recomendable este hotel.

Esta cadena de hoteles nunca me han defraudado y esta ocasión no fue la excepción. Gran atención desde la llegada, descanso absolutamente confortable, desayuno incluido y de excelente calidad, muy buena ubicación.
