"My parents spent a few (all-included) days at Ohtels Islantilla in late November 2024 with some friends. They are senior citizens. The experience at Ohtels Islantilla was a disappointing one. The food was sub-standard for a 4-star hotel. The service was no better either (e.g. restaurant tables without tablecloth, sour attitude from some members of the staff). As for the rooms, no more than decent (how many 4-star hotels provide old-looking winter blankets instead of duvets...?). All in all, they got the feeling that they and the many other senior people in the hotel were getting second-rate treatment. Fortunately, Islantilla is a beautiful place (with lots of other nice places to enjoy the food and the weather)."

"The kitchen had everything necessary (fridge, washing machine, coffee shop, toaster) Room well. All clean ( except the sofa bed with fridge potatoes inside). Good terrace. Small but clean bathroom. "The reason we booked this was because they had a swimming pool for kids. First day we wait till 17h because the reception said that was the kids hour to go in. However when we intended to go we are stopped by staff and our 14 month is not allowed in. Only in the outside pool which was closed by 17h. Very bad start of the vacation since we booked this vacation mainly for him to be able to swim every day."
