"The hotel is in a great location. Just walk across the street after getting off the airport bus. I stayed on the top floor, a bit like a loft. It wasn't particularly comfortable, but the view was great, including the main road traffic. Although it was still under 10°C outside in late May, the landlord gave me an electric heater, which was very cozy. The bathroom also had a skylight, which you could open for some fresh air. The room amenities were average, with few toiletries. Tea and coffee were available at the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast wasn't particularly suited to Chinese palates; it was a buffet. I only had two slices of bread, a banana, and a bag of cereal. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the town center, but the only Tesco supermarket there is a bit more challenging, taking 20 minutes in the wind and rain."

"جئت هنا قبل الهواتف المحمولة، قبل أمازون، قبل الإنترنت. وقعت في حب هذا الفندق وشيتلندا. خرجت إلى بحر بارد مع موجات هزت على الجدران كان المكان الأكثر إثارة في العالم. شغلنا مجفف الشعر وصحافة السراويل للحفاظ على الحرارة... كان لدينا بورجر مع كريمة مزدوجة لتناول الإفطار، ثم تبعها ويسكى ماك أو اثنين للحفاظ على حرارتنا نرقص ونغني.. كنت في السابعة والعشرين من عمري ووقعت في حب كل ذلك. شيفتلاند مكان ساحر ، الفندق هو ما يميزه ، انظر الى جماله اذا ذهبت ، الاصالة صعبة ان تجدها . الان انا مازلت اقيم الان 60 درهم لازلت ابحث عن اماكن رائعة غير انثوية"

"Undoubtedly the best place to stay in Lerwick. Great location, clean, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts. But what stands out the most is the friendly atmosphere and wonderful hosts who do everything they can to make you feel welcome. I would definitely come back! Janet"

"Location environment service is very good, nothing to say! The interior style is relatively old, but the sanitary condition is very good and the stay is very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and delicious, and dinner is very convenient. Outside the window is the sea and the island opposite. The other side of the hotel is a hiking area. It is also very convenient to visit museums and shopping."

"Stayed in April with friends for 5 nights. This establishment looked old and full of owners personal belongings and decorations. Tatty fake flowers, handbags in main guest waiting room. Personal pictures in Dining room Breakfast foods not refridgerated. Coffee recycled into the perculator by wait staff. Thin ratty towel in bedroom 1 only. Bed tiny single no top sheet. Pillows old and thin. No pressure in shower if anyone else turns on water. Looked like dish soap in the soap dispensor. Stains on the Tiny bed base . Light over sink broken and taped up. Curtains delaminated. This establishment smelled of rank food and cooking oil. Do not book."

"Went there for a family meal. Both me and my partner had the duck. Presentation was spot on, no taste, duck was so hard I couldn't even cut it properly ended up giving it to my partner who also stated it was very tough. Had the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream again cutting through a pudding was hard, and the most tiny bit of ice cream you could imagine. Never go there again 174 pounds for family of 4 adults 3 children "

"الان لم اكن معجبه بحجم الفندق ولكنني لم اكن املك في الواقع فنادق في شيتلاند. لا اترك المراجعات عادة ولكن بالنسبة لي لم تكن الغرفه التي وقفت خارجها. الغرفة كانت كما اتوقع وكانت ممتازه للنوم فقط. اما باقي الفنادق في شيتلاندز لم اكن املكها. في الواقع كنت أعتقد أن الموظفين كانت ترحابا ودية بشكل لا يصدق وأكثر من أي شيء آخر مفيدة التي أجدها على رأس أهمية عندما أسافر. موظف الاستقبال وميناء الليل كانت حقا ودية وسأبقى هنا مرة أخرى."

"الموقع جيد جدا الخدمة جيدة جدا لا يمكن القول! يتميز بالطراز الداخلي بطابع قديم نوعا ما ، لكن من ناحية النظافة ممتاز جدا والإقامة مريحة . الفندق جميل جدا الافطار كان متنوع ولذيذ العشاء كان مناسب جدا جدا. وخارج النوافذ هناك جزر صغيرة في البحر و في الجهة المقابلة. على الجانب الآخر من الفندق هناك مرتفعات يمكن المشي إليها. ويمكن أن يكونوا متاحين أيضاً."

"The walls and roof are paper thin, with guy upstairs stomping about every night and also waking me up at 5.45am every day on the phone. Then the cleaners slamming doors every 60sec during the day so no rest then either, and that is not an exaggeration! EVERY 60 SECONDS. Breakfast was either extremely overcooked or undercooked. Restaurant staff are not trained well and nervous, hovering over you as you eat or on there phones. All the staff are 'from other parts of the world' that sort of explains the state of the place. Imagine a Scottish hotel in Bangkok and your halfway there. I will be staying in an apartment next time I visit for work, never subjecting myself to that nightmare again."
