Domaine du Manoir

The location is perfect for countryside lovers, while in acceptable distance of a few lovely towns and other more touristic cities. The four bedrooms are in a spacious, beautiful and authentic manor that has a long history and is thoroughly clean and elegantly decorated. All rooms are large, have plenty of light and overlook various parts of the park. They provide guests with comfort and elegance, and are well equipped with good bedding, good WiFi, and all expected amenities. There is plenty of space for guests to enjoy peace within and outside the manor house: comfortable sitting rooms, a sunny terrace, and the vast, extremely well-maintained park. The outdoor swimming pool is large, beautifully designed and clean. Some activities are provided on request. Breakfast is served in the main dining room; it is generous, consisting of a variety of excellent local products. We spent a week in the manor and enjoyed the beauty and the comfort of the place but also the warm welcome, the personal touch. The owners are living in another house that is also located in the park but are always contactable. Lionel and Laurence are courteous and helpful hosts, demonstrating attention to details and making sure that every guest is feeling comfortable and looked after. They showed a keen interest in sharing some conversations with us without intruding. We undoubtedly will return to the manor in the future.

Lugar bucólico, masía reformada, merecería un 10/10 si no fuera porque no teníamos calefacción y con la temperatura de la habitación no pudimos ni ducharnos. El desayuno deja un piso que desear, pan, frutas yogur y croissant con café con leche, unos huevos o un poco de embutido no hubiera está de más.

Quel magnifique we pour la saint valentin, nous avons été accueilli par Laurence et Lionel comme "a la maison" on voit tout de suite qu'ils aiment acceuillir et partager , un repas excellent et une demeure décorée avec énormement de goût, au niveau de la chambre "la chartreuse" rien à redire et la douche un vrai bonheur avec pour en sortir un joli peignoir !!! Je pense que nous y reviendrons aux beaux jours !!! Encore un gros merci pour ce bon moment. Nath et Franck (Grésy-sur-Aix)
