"The first room we were given had strong smells from the onsite restaurant and another smell that we couldn't pinpoint unpleasant). There was a lot of condensation on the window and the room was overall very gloomy and dark (room 101). When wefedbackk to the onsite staff, without hesitatio,n they very quickly offered us an upgrade to a room that was much more pleasant, smelled fresh and was lovely and bright, at no extra cost. We really appreciated it. Breakfast was continental style and completely sufficient for our needs."
"A little disappointed. On arrival room ac did not work. Had to get hotel staff to clean the filter which was full of dust.
There was a stale smell from the carpet, so had to leave patio door open for first 30 minutes each time we arrived. We did not create a fuss since we were only there for 2 nights.
There were all the all the things like microwave, toaster, etc. The location is good with walking distance to restaurants etc."
"The hotel is the oldest house in the town, and it has a lot of history.
The hall below is open as a public space, and it feels especially good to drink wine by the fireplace at night.
It is within walking distance of the train station, but it is in the opposite direction of the town's commercial street. If you are alone, it is a bit panic to walk back to the hotel at night. The advantage is that it is very quiet."

"The family room is very suitable for families with more than one child. The hygiene is also good because the carpet is newly opened and the bed sheets and pillows are full and clean. There is a small children’s playground outside. I also played table tennis with my husband. The supply has not yet started. The parking lot has to go up to the hotel. It takes a lot of effort to move large luggage. The water in the bathroom was not very hot when the third person was washed immediately. But in general, our family had a good night. If it snows in the Blue Mountains next winter, we will come and play. The hotel opened by the Chinese, support, hope to get better and better!"
"Insanely expensive dining. Almost $40 per each person for breakfast, and no other options for something less/lighter?? $40 for dinner is crazy but more reasonable. $40 for fruit, eggs, breakfast sausages, and waffles is absolutely ludicrous.
The room also leaked water and the front desk didn't seem to care.
There was also waaaaaaybtoo many loud kids everywhere. The resort boasts lots of amenities, but everywhere is packed with kids and not even enjoyable (we specifically booked a place with a hot tub, but the hot tub was always packed)"
"The location is good. I am traveling to blue mountain and I found this hotel to be ideal. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. I will probably book it again if I am going to the blur mountains."
"This motel is in a good location, very close to Leura town and the Three Sisters Peak, but the only bad place is that all the rooms are on the side of the road, there is a big van at night, which is quite affecting sleep. It is not recommended to stay here with sleep problems. This hotel does not need to pay a deposit. After booking online, you can check in directly. The hotel facilities are quite complete. There is air conditioning, hot water and not cold at night. The facilities are relatively old, basically have not been renovated in more than ten years. However, 100 knives a night is still very cost-effective"
"Location is great! Right next to the train station so you can walk to it. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is near most of the restaurants in the area. There is a bus stop nearby that will take you to the tourist areas. The hotel was recently remodeled and they are still remodeling some. The remodels are very nice and the beds were comfy. The breakfast is a must have and the staff there is very friendly as well."
"This is truly an amazibg stay, very close to the 3 sisters walk, i checked in late and the person at the counter was very helpful. Is cosy lodge with unlimited number of room😂.It has all the amenities needed, a balcony to view the entire mountains. It gets quite cold at night as it doesnt really have a heater. Overall amazing stay."
"It is very nice and big room for 4, one Q bed and 2 single beds. And close to many restaurants.
Easy to go to see the Three Sisters.
Thanks for helping us check in late.
Thanks very much. See you."
