Hotel Al Terra di Mare

It is really beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. However, it is not convenient. To address this, the hotel advertises a free shuttle service, but you should be aware that it is only good for two trips a day and on their schedule, which is not available for a number of hours between late in the morning and later in the afternoon. This is especially difficult because after breakfast there is no food on site. If you want to return to town for a meal, you have to then rely on taxis. It is about €10 each way. We arrived between the morning and evening times and we're just told to "call a taxi." They did not offer to call a taxi for us or help in any way. after a long day of travel, this was very disheartening and unwelcoming. When we got there, the desk attendant basically accused of of lying about the notice they (didn't) give for this. This was the vibe we got the whole time we were there. The shuttle drivers were excellent. The rest of the staff were competent but not solicitious. We travel frequently and I've never really encountered anything like this at a hotel at this level. Also, there is a pool and hot tub on the grounds, but mid-May the water was green and nowhere near ready for guests. Plenty of people were swimming in the Mediterranean, in town. After days of hiking, it would've been lovely to at least have hot tub available.

Un personnel au top, prêt à tout pour aider et à fournir de superbes renseignements de visite malgré une grève des trains inopportune et un début de semaine timide d’un point de vue météo. Chambre très confortable, possibilité de navette pour rejoindre Levanto et petit déjeuner au top. Seule chose à dire : c’était on ne peut mieux !

What a great place. Beautiful bite from the patio. Close to town shuttle runs frequently. The breakfast is unbelievable everything you can imagine absolutely delicious and set up beautifully

Hôtel à cinq minutes du centre-ville en voiture, chambre, très spacieuse, confortable, extrêmement propre, rien à reprocher, personnel, à l’écoute du client, très sympathique et francophone, le petit plus n’avait gratuit depuis l’hôtel jusqu’au centre-ville

Stiamo soggiornandoci in questo week end. Ideale per chi vuole godersi a pieno le cinque terre. Camere pulite , spaziose e silenziose, colazioni buone con ottime materie prime, personale attento. Ampio parcheggio. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo

Beautiful area and the hotel is beautiful also,nice spacious room
