Hotel Liberty

This was the second hotel that we stayed at during our ‘Secret Lakes of Italy’ tour, and we stayed there for 4 nights. After not being particularly impressed by our first hotel, we were hoping for a more comfortable stay at the Hotel Liberty and were not disappointed. On arrival, we thought that the building looked lovely – it was covered with flowers and had some interesting decorative features. It was a boiling hot day, so it was also nice that the reception area was lovely and cool (and nicely decorated). Check-in was relatively swift, but it took a while to get up to our room as the lift was quite small and slow (and we were part of a big group). We had only booked a standard room, so were delighted to be given a family room on the 4th (top) floor, which had 2 rooms – one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms had Velux windows, with lovely views of the lake. Unfortunately, being on the top floor also had a big downside – both rooms were boiling hot. There was an air conditioning unit above the room entrance, which we ended up having to leave on for most of the day to make any impact on the temperature and, even then, the cool air did not reach the double bedroom. We tried switching off the air conditioning at night and opening the Velux windows to try and cool down both rooms, but this didn’t help much. In the end, we decided to sleep in separate rooms so that we could deal with the heat better at night. I’d definitely suggest that the hotel puts a fan in the double bedroom during the summer months. Aside from the heat issues, we really liked our room though – we had lots of space for our belongings, and it was very quiet. The décor was nice, and the bathroom was well equipped. The fridge was welcome, although it took us a while to realise that it would only stay on if the electricity card was left in the slot, which seemed like a bit of a design flaw. Overall, it was definitely an upgrade from our previous hotel! We had 4 breakfasts and 1 group dinner in the on-site restaurant. At breakfast, there was lots of choice, and the food was of very good quality, although some of the items were not replenished frequently enough (particularly the milk and the water). We also enjoyed our group dinner, apart from the main course which was just meat and potatoes with no salad or garnish. We also thought that it was odd that there was no water provided, and that the staff did not ask if we wanted to order any, although it was easy to get drinks from the bar. It also explains why our group were so merry by the end of dinner! We thought that the location of the Hotel was very good, as it is a short walk from the town centre, and near to the path down to the lake (which was an uphill slog on the way back, particularly in the heat). The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well. We don’t have any plans to go back to Levico Terme but, if we do, we’d be happy to stay at the Hotel Liberty again (as long as the weather wasn’t as hot).

Dopo essere stati accolti da un cocktail di benvenuto e da una receptionist gentile e disponibile, siamo saliti in camera e abbiamo apprezzato la qualità dell'alloggio ed il panorama con vista sul lago. La colazione è stata sublime: era presente il salato, il dolce e siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla varietà di tutto ciò che era offerto. L'hotel dista 500m dal centro, non ha parcheggio, anche se con l'aiuto della receptionist abbiamo sempre parcheggiato in luoghi vicini e non a pagamento.

Eccezionale e ad di sopra delle aspettative Passato tre giorni favolosi, l'hotel si è rivelato ben al di sopra delle aspettative, il personale è preparatissimo e cordiale, veramente da 5 stelle, l'ambiente è raffinato e di gusto e tutto è studiato nei minimi particolari. Un plauso alla colazione con tanti prodotti fatti "in casa" di altissimo livello e non dimentichiamo la spiegazione dei prodotti da parte del personale, veramente apprezzata. Disponibile anche una zona wellness prenotabile anche per due ore in privato e privacy. A 50 metri si trovano le Terme di Levico e a 100 metri siamo nel pieno centro pedonale. Ci torneremo sicuramente ancora.

Godt hotel med fin beliggenhed Hotellet liger lige i udkanten af centrum, hvilket er godt. Morgenmaden er fin med et godt udvalg. Parkering er en udfordring

Cortesia in primis Bell'hotel nei pressi del centro, personale molto cortese e preparato. Consigliato.

Abbiamo pernottato io e mio marito una notte.. camera pulita e confortevole colazione ottima grande varietà di pietanze tra dolce e salato.. Rapporto qualità prezzo top!
