And I could not have wished for a better place.
Really big rooms with everything you need.
And the pool area is just amazing.
Only thing I regret is that I could not stay longer ;)

MMayangThe room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.
Overall experience, average.

GGuest UserLove the quiet place old but well kept .. service is good on site restaurant is good . Would have expected more from amenities for standard room. Even the cheapest hotels i have used before provide basics like daily water ..For the price of their standard would have expected more. Room had sugar ants apparently attracted by my donuts previous visits were un eventful last visit was marginal

SsharaClean. the room is not that big but its good for like overnight if your having an early flight by the next day. the breakfast is good and you can enjoy there amenities at rooftop at night where you can buy drinks.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Go Hotels Tacloban with friends. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Amenities were good and met our needs. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience—definitely recommend for short stays!

But the only problem this time was the pool and food. We were not able to use the pool on the evening coz they were cleaning it., they put chlorine
And the food., so supposed to be it was buffet breakfast. But it was not. That was the only reason why we always choose this hotel, coz there breakfast was really good(the buffet)😋

GGuest UserNice location rooms are clean staff friendly and helpful only issue is our first room the door malfunctioned and jammed closed and would not unlock staff gave us another room was without our belongings all night until the next morning when they was able to finally get the first rooms door opened this is my second stay at this hotel things happen I would stay again

CCal travel tripsNot sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.
