Hotel Triumf Shengjin

"Bad experience with bedbugs. I strongly advise against the Hotel Triumf. During our stay, we encountered a bedbug infestation in our room. Upon arrival, the room seemed clean, but once night fell, bedbugs began to appear, including on my children's bed. I took a video of the bugs and showed it to the hotel manager, who insisted that they were just mosquitoes and that their presence was due to the fact that we had eaten in the room, which is inaccurate. Despite the clear video evidence of the infestation, the manager refused to accept the situation and remained defensive. After a long discussion, he decided to refund us, but also demanded that we leave the hotel at 1:30 a.m., along with our three children. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night, which was very uncomfortable and stressful. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from management is alarming. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as it appears unwilling to take responsibility for cleanliness and customer service. As travelers, we need to be aware of these potential issues."

Great White Hotel

"From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, making us feel comfortable right away. Throughout our stay, the service was excellent, and the team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist. The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is also excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. A special thank you to Armando and the waiter working alongside him for their outstanding service. They were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Our order arrived quickly, and they made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Their dedication, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Great White Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent reception service, clean and comfortable rooms, a great location, and outstanding restaurant staff made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I stayed at Hotel Liss in Lezhë, Albania, for two nights, and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a short stay. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very nice and modern, and the service was excellent. There is an indoor and outdoor restart where you can eat excellent food while enjoying the panoramic view of the city. I was particularly impressed when a staff member Mr. T. Uldedaj approached me to ask about my experience at the hotel and requested feedback to improve customer satisfaction. I later learned he owned the hotel and many other businesses in the area, including another beautiful hotel, Hotel Joly, near the Hotel Liss. The Hotel Liss is located in the center of Lezhë, near important historical sites such as the Obelisk of Convenat of Lezhë yr. 1444, and the Church of Saint Nicholas, where the remains of Skanderbeg are preserved in Lezhë, known as Skanderbeg's Mausoleum and the Lezhë Castle. The hotel is also only 5.5 km from Shëngjin Beach. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit historical sites and enjoy beaches and Albanian cuisine."

"إنه فندق سوف أختاره بالتأكيد مرة أخرى. فندق جميل مع بركة مذهلة. الناس الذين عملوا في هذا المكان كان لطيفا جدا ومفيدة. قضيت أنا وصديقي هنا حوالي 1 أسبوع ولم نرغب في المغادرة. قدموا سيارة أجرة إلى أماكن مختلفة مثل المطار. نصيحة مفيدة حول كم سوف تتكلف الحافلة حتى لا ندفع الكثير. كان الطعام مذهلا والمشروبات التي حصلنا عليها تذوق رائع. العديد من الحيوانات المثيرة ومثل هذه المنطقة هادئة. كل ما يمكن أن تسمعه كان الطبيعة حولها عندما تمشي حول الفندق. سلام مذهلة عبارة عن كلمتين أود أن أختارها لفحص الزيارة هنا. نود فقط أن نشكر ألتا، إريك و أكثر الناس في هذا الفندق الذين جعلوه تجربة لن ننسى ❤️"

Gjilani Premium Hotel

"Hotel Frojd 2 Kune - service is terrible! Only one or two girls at reception that actually had social skills and respect for customers. Some of the issues: - it is a beach hotel but no beach towels are provided - no place to change or take a shower on the last day - it was a 3 days and 2 nights offer but actually it was 2 days and 2 nights the only thing you are provided on the last day is to store your luggage on the basement corridor (which is still building) - Each room is provided with one umbrella at the beach with 2 beds even if the room is a family room that has 4 adults!! and the place at the beach where you are entitled an umbrella does not allow you to purchase an extra umbrella beacuse there are a lot of reservations which means they didn’t think how they will manage those situation - is a family of 4 going to split in two different beaches because they can’t fit in one umbrella and they can’t pay for an extra umbrella?! - on the last day when you check out at 10 they tell you that you should leave the umbrella at the beach too, and go find another one in another section of umbrellas that don’t belong to the hotel even though you have to stay for extra 3-4 hours only.. crazy - the service staff terrible, not welcoming at all! you pay with breakfast and dinner included and the waiters instead of focusing to give the customers good experience and helping them out, they stand in the middle or go around like policemen to people putting food on their plates asking them about their room number (thinking that someone might eat without having it included in their price) and not one person and one day, each time you eat they asked each of you several times and it was super annoying to everyone. They probably were forced and put so much pressure from the management that they forgot that they work in service of customers and try to be more helping to them not annoying and making you feel like they are doing charity giving that food. - they say they provide transport to the hotel from bus and back but in fact there were several families waiting to go to the same bus and they actually didn’t plan it out well even though they were notified by all families a day prior and everyone was told at 16:00 there will be transport BUT the car could only fit 6 people and maybe 2 luggages… so management didn’t think about the transport just said they will take care of it, but they didn’t think of providing a solution and their staff with more cars or bigger vehicle. At least 30 people were told they will take care of transport at 16:00, didn't they think it is a time with traffic + they only had a car with 6 seats and 2 luggage spaces. - the fancy “make up my room” functionality didn’t do anything turn it on all day all night nobody came to clean or change the towels or give some soaps and shampoo in a room for 4 people with extra mini shampoo that didn’t do its job and small soap bars (not to mention they were 3 in a room for 4 people) - the bathrooms i"
