"We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops nearby. We were travelling by bicycle and were allowed to leave our bikes safely in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. The only challenge was the check-in process. As foreign travellers in China, it took quite a while, and the staff seemed unfamiliar with the registration procedure for international guests. One staff member kindly tried to communicate with us in English, and everyone was friendly and genuinely did their best to help. However, we had to return from our room to the reception desk several times before everything was completed. Despite this, the staff remained patient and courteous throughout. We understand that international guests may not be very common here. In the end, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel."

The rooms are clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping by staff. The rooms are new, and any issues are resolved promptly. The Yunji Hotel upstairs is also owned by this hotel; I watched it open and then moved in. It's a particularly good hotel, especially the owner, who is a very kind and honest person."

"The description said it was a hotel built in 2024, so I thought it would be nice, but it's actually quite old. It seems like other owners couldn't keep the business, so they took it over and did some minor renovations. For a hotel in a county town costing just over 300 yuan, it's like a budget hotel 😂 It doesn't feel like a Lavande chain hotel at all. The service was also very average. Breakfast was served a little after 8:00 AM, and there was practically nothing left to eat. When I asked if they had anything else, the staff said no 😂 Quite speechless 😓"

"The laundry room is a small washing machine in the corner of the stairs on the 13th floor. There is no dryer! And there are no lights on the entire 13th floor, so it’s scary to go wash clothes alone! The WiFi is often disconnected, and the bedside socket in the room is too loose, cannot be plugged in tightly, and cannot be charged! No gym!"
