乾淨衞生，周圍小吃，超市都有，很方便，離海邊也近，可以自己買海鮮，回酒店自己加工，我讓阿姨加工給阿姨點辛苦費，太合算了！

位置：連雲港東站，出站後，遊3坐到前院，步行10分鐘左右就抵達。非常便利，距離墟溝美食節，家得福超市，中韓貿易都很近。
周邊：打車去在海一方、連島、海上雲台、羊山島都很近，大概20-30分鐘左右就抵達，很適合親子游居住。
設施：設施齊全，卧房乾淨衞生，而且很安靜。還有一個廚房，如果自己廚藝不錯，可以在附近市場買了新鮮海鮮自己回來加工。也可以讓阿姨幫忙（有加工費，具體價格根據購買海產品情況走）
服務：辦理入住的老闆還有阿姨人都很好👍

房間很乾凈，設施也不錯，老闆很熱情，有什麼需要和老闆溝通，反饋很及時。每天會有桃子分享給客人，很脆甜，很好吃，走的時候我們水果店買了很多。水果季節很好吃

房間面積可以，也整潔衞生，但洗澡的頂噴因水孔堵塞不能用，手噴衹能調雨霧狀，很不習慣。門口有公共停車場，先到先停。周邊飯店較少，老闆推薦的一家菜品還可以。酒店位於大樓二樓，沒有電梯，行李要走樓梯上去。

剛來連雲港旅遊，在網上訂了這一家，看着平台上圖片還不錯，就定了下來。到店一看，實物和照片沒有差別。老闆服務熱情，有需要都會滿足。還為我推薦了這附近玩的吃的地方，花的錢也比較實在，沒有被宰的情況。行李還可以免費幫忙照看，這次旅遊訂的酒店十分滿意！

房間很舒服也很安靜，離網紅奶茶店左心房很近。前台姐姐很友善，還給我送了去海邊用的拖鞋和洗漱用品，下次如果來連雲港玩還會在這住的~
