The lady boss is a newbie and the service is very considerate. She picks up and drops off the children and provides breakfast. The aunt is also very enthusiastic. 老闆一家很熱情，住在景區裏面，需要把車子放停車場，老闆接過去，房間衞生挺乾淨的，唯一不好就是如果能直接進景區就好了，五一期間人實在太多了，坐車排了一個半小時隊伍

超讚超棒的一次住宿體驗!真的衹有去過的人才知道有多好 如果你還在糾結去連雲港旅行要住哪的話那不要猶豫了 這是我至今為止住過的最舒服最滿意的一家民宿。
房東媽媽做的早飯也很好吃免費提供的
服務態度沒話説，很好
位置:花果山景區裏面，從高鐵站下車做b11直到，下公交車站以後，管家小姐姐會騎電動車來接你，去海邊也方便，做遊6就到連島了
觀景位置絕佳，三面環山，一面臨湖，院子裏大概有五六盆荷花下雨天來很有意境，小院也很美
衞生:房東小姐姐親自打掃真的非常非常乾淨一塵不染毫不誇張 甚至地都要打掃三遍所有床品一客一換一消毒 全方位對屋內設施進行酒精噴酒提供了免費的一次性浴巾和一次性毛巾再也不用擔心民宿酒店的浴巾不乾淨了
服務:房東小姐姐人真的太好太好了根本捨不得走小姐姐回覆超快 還會給我們的攻略提意見有問題也會及時解決 真的相處成為了朋友求求大家一定要去住她家民宿真的不會後悔的
設施:民宿有廚房自己買了海鮮讓小姐姐加工口小姐姐手藝不錯空調電熱鍋 冰箱 醫葯箱 免費的礦泉水沒有限量小姐姐説出去玩帶幾瓶外面水貴，就在大廳自己拿。

訂房後，老闆姐姐就開始了各種細心耐心解答我
入住後，民宿入住細節做的很好（碘伏棒，護理包，創可貼，口罩，一次性餐具等都有提供），各個環節都透出老闆姐姐對生活的熱愛和為住客提供更好入住感受的精心準備和巧妙用心，更像是住在異地朋友家，還跟着吃了一日三餐，中午老闆的爸爸很熱情的做了午飯叫我們吃[捂臉]免費的.
民宿位置離花果山風景區很近，步行1分鐘左右，就到了可以直接坐車上山了，周邊配套設施齊全，超市，飯店都有，還可以借老闆的電動車轉轉
新店開張，配套的還要完善，但絕對算不上缺點
真正意義上的民宿，沒有銅臭味，老闆姐姐的早飯很實在味道也好，吃飽了踏上歸途

到民宿一眼看中了落地窗的那一間，加了一點換了落地窗的套房，可以住4個人，雖然我們兩個人，但是風景太棒了，很出片，還可以釣魚，民宿周圍都是果園老闆很熱情一直讓我們吃，還讓我們摘點帶走，早上老闆的媽媽免費給我們做了早飯讓我們吃，起的比較遲，但是粥還是熱的，就很貼心，有家的味道。回來幫我們送到停車場。晚上洗澡的時候熱水還是很大的，應該是要開最大的淋浴頭，水流就大了，但是水要放5分種才熱，唯一有點遺憾就是民宿的院子還沒有全部裝好，老闆説院子裏面種幾缸荷花，外面還要再搭建一個亭子。希望下次再來的時候，已經全部裝修完成
