房間佈置的特別温馨，採光和通風效果都非常的棒，非常的滿意。

Not located near the beach! The map is misleading due to the property location on a giant hill with no way to get down to Dashawan. It’s 2 km away by road. It gets worse. I think I could complain about every single thing in this property. Trip.com if you’re reading this please launch an investigation because there is no way this gross property deserves a 9+ rating. Pool area was drained minus the brown rainwater. Steps from the road to the building felt unsafe. The hallway stairs (no elevator) are dusty and littered with paint drops and cigarette butts. The back of the hotel is littered with decades of garbage. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. TV was detached from the mount, it obviously must’ve fell off and they didn’t get a new bracket. Wires and old useless appliances everywhere. Bathroom kinda gross. Bathroom floor leaks water into the hallway after a shower. Furniture was aging and looks like it could fall apart at any moment. Toilet was misaligned and looked weird. If ever a hotel needed a renovation this would be it. I thought I was getting a good deal at 98 kuai per night but in hindsight I think I was overcharged. The staff were helpful and the internet was fast. Unless you’re an ultra-budget traveller I wouldn’t recommend this mess and I felt relieved to check out. You’re better than this!!!!

趕上颳大風，提前退房，老闆很爽快全額退我了一天房費，以後來連雲港還住你家。
