Liaocheng Dongchang Lake Light Hotel

The hotel is located near the scenic area and has its own parking lot, which makes parking very convenient. Guangyue Tower, the center of the ancient water city, is a ten-minute walk away. There are coffee shops and cold drink shops along the way, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel provides breakfast, which is quite rich and delicious, and there is also late-night porridge available in the evening. The room is very warm, the light gray tones are very elegant and clean, and every corner of the hotel is decorated with great care. I often pass by Liaocheng when traveling by car, and this is the hotel I am most satisfied with. I will stay here again next time I visit Liaocheng. I have to add that the front desk staff are very friendly and provide free sour plum soup, coffee, lemonade... It's so thoughtful 👍👍

The hotel staff provided friendly and professional service, but the room details were lacking. The cleanliness was poor. The mirror above the sink was stained, and dust covered almost every detail. Upon entering the room, I had to clean everything myself. The room was incredibly small, yet the price was significantly higher than other hotels of the same level and area. The lake view room was truly a stretch! It was 20 feet away and largely obscured by trees. It wasn't really a lake, just a pond! I really regret changing hotels mid-trip! The 4.9 rating is incredibly deceptive! Ctrip's credibility should not be undermined! So, I apologize for posting this review!

We stayed on the third floor, and the bedding was extremely damp and uncomfortable to use. The noise from the street was also very loud, which seriously affected our rest. Overall, this stay was a very bad experience.

The breakfast was good, and the spicy soup was also great. In the evening, there was also late-night porridge, millet porridge, and pickles. The room was also clean. Kairui and Xia Yu provided great service.

Breakfast includes Liaocheng specialties like Guada and Gaotang old tofu. When I come back from an outing in the evening, there is late-night porridge. Millet porridge is also good.
