酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，服務也不錯，可以看的出來裝修是比較用心的，大廳跟氣派，酒店裡麪的小院子的風景也很不錯，位置便利，離景點還有商場都不算很遠，附近就有挺多共享單車的，感謝前台丁曉涵，還幫我們升級成了院景房，房間內有小陽台，很愜意😊，服務沒的説，推薦

酒店位於聊城水上古城正東，距離著名的明朝洪武年間始建光岳樓（水城中心）約為400米，酒店為園林式建築，峯迴路轉，盡顯北方庭院風格。
房間中規中矩，面積適中，功能齊整，簡約的寫字枱與牆桌連在一起，不間斷電源充電便利，一本厚厚的《聊齋志異》可供商旅休閑時瀏覽，更好的體會這座美麗、歷史悠長的古鎮。
陽台古香古色，推門而觀，中庭的院落鬱鬱葱葱，枝條搖蕩，頗有滿園綠色關不住，映入畫中到室來的感激，這是這家酒店最值得稱道的地方。
衞生間乾濕分離，牙具，浴具齊全，較乾淨整齊。
餐廳位於一樓，臨街而坐，晨光而食，望路人形色悠然，感時光色彩絢爛，餐廳中有一些當地小吃，如豆腐腦、肉夾饃、吧嗒，不非常豐富，卻適中餐飽。
前台服務員笑容燦爛，服務友好，客服人員也彬彬有禮，友好問候。
缺點：估計是開業時間較長了，酒店設施有些顯得老。
總體不錯，值得一踏！

房間不錯，是一箇中式古色古香的賓館，賓館為三層，房間比較多。環境優美，打造的不錯，有景觀水池等。服務熱情周到。飯店早餐也不錯。但是作為聊城古城遊玩來説，這個地方屬於比較高檔次的酒店了。

停車方便，有地下停車場。離景區近，是周邊最正規的賓館。早餐豐富，聊城各地特色早點都有。出行打車方便，在禁行區之外。賓館內風景好，院落園林風格，非常的詩情畫意。房間大小標準，桌面櫥具因為是深色板材，擦的有點發白，但不是臟。布草比較乾淨。地面死角有點灰塵頭髮，但每個賓館都差不多這樣，不必太介意，不挪床不影響。衞生間該升級了，原來裝修的時侯用料不好有點舊了，但使用正常。

江北水城聊城名附其實，老城坐落於東昌湖中，四面環水，風景優美。明樓大酒店就在老城之中，離各景點很近，步行可達。酒店是庭院式，房間窗外就是庭院，花草樹木，小橋流水，十分幽靜。衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全。服務熱情周到，還贈送了早餐。早餐豐盛，各種口味均可。
