It’s very amazing property and specials thanks to luo which is manager , she helped me a lot to explore , if anybody is looking for this property I will rate 5 star and special thanks to luo manager who is very knowledgeable and helped in all activities.

Nice and comfortable hotel for a business trip. Rooms are spacious and the green surroundings add up to a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a lotus pond in the middle with great views. Lacks a bit in terms of international amenities but it’s understandable given it’s location. Heard great things about the hot springs. Have to try them next time.

房間太陳舊了，衝著5星去的，這是住過最差的5星了，特意選的有陽台的，結果外面沒有什麼景，很失望、有點和價格不匹配了，下次不會入住

酒店環境尚可，給5分是因為餐飲部張秀娥服務優秀。另外客房設施不合理，1、桌子邊上電源沒有富裕的兩相插口，一個枱燈一個路由拔哪個都彆扭；2、開關控制面板如果不按總控，對衞生間燈無法單獨控制，而一按總控會把全屋燈都點亮；3；衞生間無吹風機插口，刮鬍刀那個插口無法承受吹風機的功率，旁邊還有一個不知有何意義的旋鈕，而有兩相插頭的地方一個是床頭，一個是迷你吧枱，吹頭髮都不合適。4、牀頭櫃太老舊了，看着就彆扭。5、衞生間地漏用的應該是自封型的，帶來的問題是下水壓力需要超過自封力才能開始排水，下水會堆積在邊槽裏直至淹沒過洗澡穿的拖鞋泡到腳。。。然後它開始排水了。。我不指望酒店方改進，權當個人建議

停車沒有秩序沒有工作人員管理，把停到車位裏的車堵在裏面找不到人好不容易找到人結果來了以後還不講理罵人威脅要打人，實在是真有損山東大漢的形象，這5星酒店的工作人員也是無語😓了！！！

房間挺好，服務周到，各項設施也很完善，晚上休息的時候很安靜，外出散步也很方便，庭院很漂亮，靠近東昌湖景區，中午餐廳用餐，服務很周到，很熱情，特別是今日新包廂服務人員張雪，服務熱情周到，讓我們在用餐期間享受了照顧無微不至的照顧，對此必須提出表揚。當然不足之處也是有的，客房配送的一次性刮鬍刀，質量不好，刀片有缺口，刮完後，把臉上和下班劃傷多處。
