服務很好很貼心，我們提的一些小要求店家都給滿足了，特別好玩，名宿周圍環境很不錯，愛拍照的姐妹直接沖，住宿的房間門口都可以拍拍拍，離小七孔特別近，店家還可以接送，早餐米粉超級好吃😋想吃第二碗那種，最後東西掉在房間還給我送過來真的超級感謝，下次來還會選擇這家，體驗感拉滿！！

相較於價格，衹能説很一般。
先説優點吧：24小時管家服務，管家回覆很及時，沒有叫上車，管理也幫忙安排了車。葯浴泡完小腿不疼了，贈送的晚餐好吃，瑤寨安靜，床墊跟五星級酒店一樣很舒服。
不好的：5天旅行中本應是最休閑放鬆的一晚，但卻是睡的最不好的一晚，可能是空調聲音太大，估計衹睡了三四個小時，第二天很疲憊。管家答應的民族服飾和早餐沒有兑現，有些失望。補償給的工坊體驗卷，還是要交錢才能體驗的，體驗券衹是打折，要體驗需要另付24元，燒製作品需要再付60元我覺得可以，但這個年代還用體驗券來拉客源，覺得有點坑，其實可以直説，去不去讓客人考慮。訂房時看到週五週六有篝火晚會，剛好住的那天是週六，很想讓孩子體驗，但辦理入住的時候説可能沒有，入住後管家回覆晚上沒有篝火晚會，但瑤寨很小，也沒什麼可以體驗瑤族民俗的安排，唯一的瑤浴，目前各種特色温泉這麼普遍。好在第二天住的另一家五星酒店，把篝火晚會的遺憾補上了。再去的親們提前打電話問清楚吧。
總之，可能也沒有機會再去，如果還有機會，不會住這裏。

但還是值得一去，很安靜，沒被過度開發，周圍都是村民，就是淡季去了飯店都沒開
民宿也挺好，給升了級

世外桃源般的風景，可以近距離感受當地瑤族風情，開始訂的房間帶兩個小朋友太小了，民宿老闆幫我們升級大的家庭房，很是暖心！瑤浴太舒服了，舒緩了一天的疲勞👍，民宿離大小七孔很近，方便，下次來玩繼續入住👍

非常滿意的一次旅行，遠離城市的喧囂，來到了如此寧靜的一個部落。居住的這個酒店更是給我們增添了一些驚喜，免費為我們升級了房間。由於是淡季雖然沒有自助早餐，但為我們提供的早餐也是很健康，營養，酒店提供的瑤浴都是提前熬製出來，親自挑到房間裏，泡完以後身心都很舒服，真的是值得你慢慢去體驗，品味。

離小七孔景區有點距離 到東門有10分鐘的車程 去景區會送的 有早餐 去的時候是淡季 沒有表演 大部分店都關着 也衹有零零散散的遊客 酒店很大 房間都是一棟一棟的 我們住的房間外面看着很荒蕪 工作人員説故意這樣設計的 房間都很大 整個地方還是很漂亮的 酒店可以泡瑤浴 但是阿姨衹挑進來兩桶葯水 對於浴缸來説 簡直就是杯水車薪 自己放的水温度是偏冷的 達不到可以舒服泡澡的程度
