房間乾淨整潔，地理位置很好，服務人員也很有禮貌，整體入住很滿意。荔波的人都很熱情開朗，小七孔很好玩水很藍，酒店還特意送了伴手禮荔波米片很入味很好吃，很不錯的貴州之旅

總體來説非常一般，管理和服務方面可以算最近住過的酒店中最差梯隊了，下面細説一下
好的方面有兩點:
一是前台比較貼心，會主動訊問是否需要多張房卡，也會積極解決問題，唯一的服務分是給前台的
二是衞生方面做得還不錯沒有明顯疏漏，屋子整體乾淨整潔
其他方面幾乎是槽點滿滿:
1.空調質量非常不好，噪音大並且製冷效果特別差，屋子又悶熱，體感特別差
2.隔音做得很不好，外面好像有跳廣場舞的喝酒划拳的還有半夜吵架的？而且隔壁屋子説話和電視的聲音也都聽得到，睡覺被各種噪音打擾，非常煩
3.這種規格的酒店，屋子裡居然還擺共享設備，這種服務質量實在不怎麼樣吧
4.多數設施都很陳舊了，櫥櫃、馬桶、電器很多偏老舊
5.酒店用品選擇得不怎麼好，打理得也不怎麼好，寢具舒適度一般，毛巾雖然吸水快但是體感粗糙，牙刷還會掉毛，紙也會掉毛
6.衹有一台公用洗衣機，擺在公共區域，操作也不方便，洗衣非常不友好
7.洗衣服的時候發現下水管漏水，會有泡泡滲出來
總的來説感覺就是節省成本過了頭，很多東西都是能省就省，能湊合就湊合一下了，酒店本身就是服務業，在這些方面又省不出幾塊錢，還會很大地影響住宿體驗，何必呢
平時住店都懶得拍照，這還是頭一次發現這麼多槽點都氣笑了哈哈哈
