House was very nice but...... I booked this for 2 main reasons. One that there was a wood burning stove and second for 2 bathrooms. Imagine my disappointment when there was NO wood burning stove. Really need to update pictures as even the fridge is not the same as in the picture picture!!!

Superb Stay In our group of 6 adults, 4 are SIU alums. We wanted to spend a few days near our old stomping grounds. We could not have picked a better place. Just a bit off the beaten track but easily within reach of everything we wanted. The home is clean, comfortable, and charming. Best of all, it is just steps away from Starview Vineyards tasting room. If you are looking for a crazed party house this isn't it. But if you're looking for wonderful relaxing surroundings and great hosts you've come to the right place. Free advice: Don't miss their Vignoles. If that's not your thing then go for the wine slushies!

Perfect stay for our family visit! Regina was a wonderful host. The house was clean, well stocked, and as advertised. The kitchen was perfect for our family. It was a short drive to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. We loved watching the fireflies and listening to the bullfrogs outside at night. Starview wines were delicious and the tasting room was fun! We will plan to stay here whenever we come back to visit. Thank you!

Girls getaway The property is absolutely gorgeous. We were surprised on how large the house was. Plenty of space for everyone! Right next door to the vineyard and centrally located on the wine trail.
