Nice hospitality from host! The hotel is location at half hill, nice view to the Lijiang old city. Host helped to carry our luggages from drop off point to room.
They also recommended nice local food to try nearby the hotel which were great, also helped to arrange car pickup to train station which costs about CNY40 with 30mins car distance. They also served tea and cookies for tea time, nice people to chat with!

The location was great with an amazing view, but 小马哥 carried the service experience! his attentiveness and friendly attitude stood out. however, the service from another male staff member (big build) fell short as he was a little paggro when we didn’t adhere to his request, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable.

The first thing I need to say is that the hosts were super welcoming and took great care of us. They made us feel like part of their small community and family. The location is top notch, you get the best view of the city. If you want calm and serenity you’ll have it, if you want to feel the buzz you have the busy shopping and bar street just down the hill, not even one minutes walk. The room were big and clean. Thanks for making our stay so great.

This is a cool little hotel. They guys who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. They met us at the entrance to the old town and carried our luggage. I really enjoyed having tea and chatting with them. The location is quite close to the main gate of lijiang ancient town. The noise might be a little loud at night for light sleepers, but we always use ear plugs to sleep and had no problem. The beds/pillows were comfortable. Best we had on our Yunnan trip. Breakfast was a bit limited, but good. The golden retriever dog FanTuan is very well behaved and very cute and friendly.
The room was nice and clean. The shower pressure was good, and the water was hot. The balcony was nice to enjoy the view.

We stayed in January. Great location for the old town, lovely rooms & breakfast, and the balcony area was fantastic to sit and relax and look over the whole city and mountains. The host was really great, he was so caring and really looked after us. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I’d like to thank 孬孬 for his impeccable service. He contacted us a day prior to check in to check in on us and on the day of arrival, he helped to carry our luggages to our room. He then helped with switching on the heater and filling the tub with hot water. He also recommended restaurants to dine at and personally brought us there 😭😭 At night, he made tea and taught my husband and I many cultural stuff. Thanks for the plum wine 😛 The stay was really pleasant. The views of the ancient city were incredible. We were able to see Yu Long Xue Shan from the room as well. The breakfast was nice. I’d stay here again and would really recommend others to stay.

We have a great 4 nights stay and Xiao Liu taking good care of us. Very nice view from the hotel terrace. Just one suggestion to install more cloth hangers in the room an properly have a curtain to separate the bath/wash area and the living room beds.

Location, service, and the room are superb. We were treaed like a royalty during our 3 days stay. They picked us up from the station when we first arrived and welcomed us with fruit platter. Equipped with smart features in the room too
Bonus point is they have a rooftop platform for a good photo spot overseeing the whole city. Highly recommended!!

The service is top notch. The staff contacted me few days in advance to arrange pick up point and helped us to carry the luggages to the room. They provide welcome fruits and free afternoon tea. They also upgraded our room and we are able to view the whole of ancient town from our balcony.
