I recently stayed at this hotel in Lijiang, and I was very pleased with my experience. The room was spacious, modern and well equipped with smart automation, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The furnishings and bathroom fittings were new and of high quality, and I especially enjoyed the huge bathtub which had an ample supply of hot water available at any time of the day. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being situated right inside the ancient town of Lijiang. It was close enough to the main road to be accessible (about a 5-7 minute walk) yet nestled within the charming historic area. One practical tip: it’s a good idea to reach out and add the hotel on WeChat before arriving so they can arrange for staff to help carry luggage, as navigating the cobblestone roads and stairs on your own can be challenging. What truly made the stay memorable was the exceptional service from the hotel manager, Jiajia. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to provide recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. She even helped arrange day trips and activities, which was really convenient. One important thing to note is that if you’re planning to visit Yulong Snow Mountain, you have to make arrangements in advance since tickets need to be purchased at least three days prior to the intended date of your visit. The hotel also has a self-serve laundry machine, which came in handy during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang. The combination of a great location, modern amenities, and genuinely helpful staff made it a fantastic choice.

酒店位於古鎮中，離古鎮的停車場很近。 工作人員會到停車場來幫忙拿行李。 定了觀雪山景房，但入住那天下雨+陰天， 完全看不到雪山。 大浴池也沒用，池子裏面有些處掉漆。 民宿的小院佈置的很精緻，一走進就有種鬧中取靜的感覺。 早餐定量的，每人一份，沒什麼特別，咖啡另外收費。

環境衞生都很棒，角落裡沒有灰塵，地板很乾凈，在室外的椅子也會貼心套上防塵套 服務超預期的好，入住前就直接給我拉了一個服務羣，9個人的羣顧客衹有我一個，有什麼問題直接在羣裏説解決也很快。到了之後在麗江古城外面有專人接我去酒店，走的時候也會送。 氛圍也很棒，工作人員都看起來好像是是同齡人，每次出行和回來都會問好，像多年的好朋友一樣，體驗感真的拉滿了

【服務】 酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全。酒店旁邊就是停車場🅿️，服務員個個都很熱情，前台小姐姐服務周到還給我們推薦了美食。晚上還熱情的幫我們準備了熱牛奶， 真的很貼心。早上去玉龍雪山還貼心的準備了水和蛋糕。對了，酒店的早餐也超級好吃。🤩 【衞生】 酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服， 衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，面積也很大，休息很安靜。總之，服務 隨叫隨到！入住和退房還可以幫忙那行李🧳行李，贊！ 【環境】 環境分給到5分！裝修非常有品味，房間的朝向很好，陽光充斥，中 午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒。夜景也無敵！
