The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The airport/station pick-up service was very prompt. There's a quiet book bar, perfect for kids to do their homework daily. The treadmills in the gym offer a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain; if you run early, you can witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight,' which is incredibly therapeutic. Bottled drinking water was provided daily, and they generously offered a variety of refreshments, including flower cakes, fruits, rose tea, ancient tree tea, and yogurt. This Kaisen hotel in Lijiang is highly recommended, and our children absolutely loved it.

I didn't expect much from this stay. The actual name in English is Lyon Hotel. Turns out that the stay is alot better than my imagination. The cleanliness is superb, seems like almost newly renovated room. The toilets are really clean. No noise from external environment too!. Amenities provided with satisfactory and the host(s) are very very friendly. Food here are clean and healthy to eat. Recommended for stay!!!. There are plenty of shops nearby for convenience as well. I love how well the host treated us.. Thank you very much for this pleasant and wonderful stay. I will probably re-stay here if I visit Lijiang again

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! From the time we were picked up at the business center to the time we entered the hotel lobby, we could feel the enthusiasm of the staff. The driver, Master Wu, introduced the surrounding tour routes attentively. The hotel is also very conveniently located, not far from the scenic spots and business districts, and it is very worry-free to travel and shop. In short, whether it is service, environment or cost-effectiveness, there is nothing to choose. I will choose this hotel next time I come here, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

The staffs are very attentive and helpful, kind, the breakfast is delicious. Another impressive thing is the clean room, the room preparation service to make sleep comfortable. My room is comfortable for my family and very convenient to walk around the bustling old town. The location is good, near the old town but quiet, you can walk to the flower garden behind nearby. The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful garden. The impressive afternoon tea with delicious rose cake with Pu'er tea helps improve the stomach system. Importantly, the soup before bed with fruit wine makes me sleep well. The hotel prepared activities for me to enjoy, but with my travel plans, I was quite full, so I couldn't spend time at the hotel during other activities. But I have to thank the warm and impressive welcome, especially 千禧, the hotel's housekeeper who helped us with sincerity.

This stay experience really exceeded expectations, and I must praise this hotel! First of all, I want to thank the front desk for its thoughtfulness. When checking in, they actually took the initiative to help upgrade the room for free. The space is larger and more comfortable. I was surprised as soon as I entered the door. The bathtub in the room is a big plus, very suitable for parent-child travel, and the two children are super happy! A bathtub set is also given, which is clean. The drinks in the room are all free, and there is a welcome fruit plate. The facilities in the room are all high-end, Kohler, Dyson, and light luxury☺ Afternoon tea is also given, four adults each have a cup of coffee, and two children each have a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, which is really sweet. Two sets of afternoon tea snacks are also given, and they remind us that we can refill for free. The best cheese potatoes are free to add. Breakfast is also ok, noodles, dumplings, yogurt, eggs🥚, fruits, all good. The laundry room can also use washing machines and dryers for free, which is very convenient. What satisfies me most is the service response speed. No matter what needs, they are available at any time. The staff has a very good attitude and can always patiently satisfy them. This feeling of being valued is really comfortable. I will choose this place again next time I come, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is 10 min walking distance away from the old ancient town of Lijiang, there are some restaurants around which are very nice. The Black Dragon Pool is 5 min away which is very nice. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly although they couldn’t speak English. The rooms have new and modern amenities which might seem nice but in our experience, some of them don’t work well or maintenance is required. The bathtub leaked water all over the room and the bathtub walls were filled with water which made the bathtub very cold. Some lights and appliances were not working. However overall a nice stay, nice views on the third floor

When we started to get into the hotel, we were all impressed with the atmosphere. It is full of art and high quality decoration. The front staff provided really good service during our stay from the first day of checking in until the day of checking out. The room we stayed is nice and clean with plenty of sunlight from the wide window. Bathroom and toilet is all modern. The hotel has two buildings. You can enjoy the rooftop view at the top of one of the hotel buildings. On the clear day, you can have a good photo with Yulong Snow Mountain as a background. The hotel is also in a walking distance to Lijiang Ancient Town with a lot of restaurants during the way. You can easily enjoy the lively ancient town and back to have a good and quiet sleep at the hotel. One of the best thing at the hotel that we really want to tell everyone is the breakfast. There are so many choices of the food that we can enjoy without boring for our 4 days at the hotel. Every famous food that we should have in Lijiang, we can find it here. We would like to tell that this hotel is one of the best hotels in our travelling life.

First time in Lijiang. I looked at dozens of B&Bs on the platform and finally chose this one because the location of the B&B is very good. It takes 2 minutes to walk to Heilongtan Park and 7.8 minutes to walk to Lijiang Ancient Town. The B&B also provides free parking. After parking the car, the butler will help you with the luggage (special reminder that the parking lot is 1 minute walk from the famous hotel). The service of the B&B is very good. The room is clean and hygienic. The room area is also large. The bedding is clean. The room is intelligent voice. Breakfast has porridge and Yunnan's special rice noodles. Recommended. There is a cafe and a sea of flowers on the 5th floor. You can directly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain 🏔️

It's very good. The room is very spacious, the public area is very rich, the museum and the explanation on the underground floor can really teach you knowledge. The key is that it is very close to Heilongtan Park, which is very suitable for going to the park early in the morning to see the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. The attitude of the staff is also very good. There is nothing to complain about. The only imperfect place is that the house next door is being demolished and rebuilt, and the road is blocked and you have to go around. In addition, the excavator and drill are noisy during the day, but this is not the store's fault, so I still give it a five-star praise.

Stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days with a family of 4. Arrived at night 10pm+, and the staff of Ju She The House (Inn)were actively checking with us on where we are and if we would require any assistance in carrying the luggage’s to the inn. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And the customer service and support provided by the lovely staffs of Ju She was also top notch. They even made extra effort to help prepare some simple and early breakfast for us when we had days whereby we had to set off from the inn very early in the day to sightsee. They had a chat group that includes some staff of the inn, in which we could freely and easily request for any assistance when needed, and the staff were all very nice and polite when assisting us. They also had daily complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and a small Chinese dessert soup with reminders in the chat group, which was a very lovely and sweet addition to our stay at the inn. Will definitely come back to stay again when we come to yunnan for our holidays. Kudos to all the friendly and lovely staff at Ju She The House. :)
