The overall stay experience was great. I especially like Aunt Zhu at the breakfast stall. She enthusiastically helped us mix the noodles. The taste was very good. I originally wanted to have one bowl for two people to taste, but I couldn't help but order another bowl.

Except for the advantage of the hotel's location on the edge of the ancient city, everything else is so-so. The hotel facilities are old and simple! Incomparable to most all season hotels! The decoration style of the zero-pressure bed room is also different from other all-season hotels! The soundproofing of the room is not good! You can hear the singing outside! Fortunately, it will stop late at night! All in all, the experience was not good! The service is quite satisfactory!

The hotel is in a great location, a little over one kilometer away from Lijiang Ancient Town. The rooms are clean and tidy, the waiters are warm, thoughtful and of high quality, and the lady even gave us breakfast for the day when we checked in.

I chose to stay at the hotel because it was renovated in 2025 and is part of a chain. The ambiance was pleasant upon check-in, but the elevator was hard to find in the lobby, and the elevator case was pitch black. The breakfast was average. Due to health reasons and uncertainty about my schedule, I didn't check out at 12:00 PM and contacted the front desk to extend my check-out until 3:00 PM. At 2:00 PM, I changed my schedule and left my luggage at the hotel. I contacted the front desk, and they asked me to pay 120 yuan. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't say much. I arrived at 7:00 PM, checked out, and was asked to pay an additional 120 yuan. A four-hour delay is ridiculous.
