Booked a “Legacy room” through *******; received confirmation. When I checked in after 3 PM, I had to wait 45 minutes for my room to be ready, only to find I was put in a less expensive room (that I did not book). When I complained at the front desk, I was told that the manager would arrange the cost difference to be refunded. At checkout, I was told the manager was not available. I tried to get a refund through ******* but was told that the hotel refused to refund the difference in room cost. What dishonesty. Beware of this overcharge scam at Latitude 13.
