The room environment and space are very good. It is located in the center of Lima town. It has complete facilities and a gym. The front desk is very polite and enthusiastic. It is very pleasant to chat and very friendly.

The jacuzzi tub could have been bigger. It is just big enough for one person. We went to call the desk to find out where the ice machines was and the phone didn't work.

Quiet downtown area and yet easy access from I-75. Comfortable bed. Weird low level of lighting in bathroom, but not all that bad.

Nice Hotel Stay was good the only thing is the wall HVAC unit did not work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. When leaving at the desk the person their was busy watching something on her phone and did not look up at me for over 2 minutes.

Online reservation and pay thru Xpedia, had to repeat all of the information already in the reservation with the desk clerk, seemed repetitive, then had to pay $1 on my card “to assure you won’t smoke…!…” WHAT? Ridiculous…likely won’t stay with Wingate again
