The front desk of the hotel speaks good English and the breakfast is okay. The main reason is that the location is very convenient. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel's doorman is also very good and it is safe to open the door proactively. You can continue to stay here next time you come for a business trip.

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.
