Good hotel in convenient location

Hotel clean. Staff good. Beach bar excellent. Pool bar noisy. And full of smokers Till late although music stops at 10pm. Food bland and little variation. limited bar menu. Had to pay tourist tax 220 euros. And had to pay for safe in room a first for us. Wouldn't return.

Not sure if it happens to everyone but we got dumped on the high street by the jet 2 transfer bus and told to just walk till we saw our hotel, wasn’t impressed, as on our return they picked us up right outside. Got to the hotel, paid €105 euros for the Climate Resilience fee as it’s a 5 star hotel NOT, and €20 euros for the safe! There are only 2 lifts and reception is on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and tidy, fresh towels every day and the staff were lovely. The balcony leaves a lot to be desired. The outside of the hotel is tired. There’s a pub on the sea front called Know and we went there most of the time, there was entertainment on once at the hotel. The food was never hot, I expected more Greek food being in Greece yet there was more pasta and the choice wasn’t up to much but the deserts were really nice. One night we went down at 8.15pm and there was very little left, none of the dishes had been filled up once empty. We were all inclusive but you couldn’t get access to any food outside of the restricted times. Our first few days were good but then the hotel seemed to fill up overnight then towels were being put on Sunbeds extremely early, so imagine it will be a sun-bed war by now. We took the little train around Hersonissos which was good and took you to the old town which was very picturesque and saw outside the main part of the resort. We won’t be returning.

Πηγα διακοπες με τα παιδια μου και διαλεξα αυτο το ξενοδοχειο γιατι ητανε κοντα στην παραλια.Τα δωματια ειναι ανακαινισμενα ανετα με ευρυχωρο μπανιο και μπαλκονι.Εχει ενα μπαρ μπροστα στην παραλια που μπορεις να πιεις το ποτο σου μεχρι τις 11 το βραδυ.Ο Μιχαλης που ειναι υπευθυνος εκει παντα ευγενικος και προθυμος να σε εξυπηρετησει.Το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχειου αψογο,απο τον υπευθυνο του εστιατοριου και τα παιδια που δουλευουνε εκει, την ρεσεψιον, τις καθαριστριες τα παιδια στο μπαρ της πισινας και τον Μαγειρα του εστιατοριου.Η παραλια ειναι 100 μετρα απο το ξενοδοχειο και το λιμανακι με τα μαγαζια 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια.Θα ξαναπαω σιγουρα.

Świetne jedzenie, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Świetne warunki. Wrócimy tam za rok. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.2 baseny pomieszczą dużą ilość gości,tak samo restsuracja. Szef sali,prze miły i pomocny. Polecamy.

Het hotel viel over het algemeen goed mee. Wel wat meer afwisseling gewenst in het eten. Goede ligging, kort bij het strand en centrum

Clean room and amazing food and nice people. I was impressed by the beach bar,witch is at 30 meter from hotel,and the wiew by the sea it's amazing. The people who work here are very kind and ospitality. The water was verry clean. The beach is also clean.

The hotel is located in a great area near all the nightlife and eateries there is something for everyone the rooms are nice and clean pool area can get quite busy somedays but there are two other pools all the staff are a great credit to the hotel as they help with any issues you might have and the bar staff around the pool are a assett to the hotel as well especially dimitri thankyou for a enjoyable first visit to crete

Our stay was 100% enjoyable! There’s no limit to perfection, but this place is definitely aiming for it. Great value for money. A special thank you to the restaurant staff — attentive, friendly, and truly professional. Every meal felt like a small celebration. The variety of dishes was a lovely surprise: everything was fresh, delicious, and made with care. Another highlight was the crisp white textiles in the rooms. Bed linen, towels, curtains — all fresh, spotless, and picture-perfect. Though the hotel isn’t brand new, cleanliness is clearly a priority here. Both the rooms and common areas are kept in excellent condition — tidy, well-maintained, and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and send my sincere thanks!

The welcome and staff are so friendly. I am gluten free and the restaurant manager ensures I know what I can eat and there is plenty. Really enjoying the pool area and luxurious sun beds along with the drinks. Would recommend staying here again.

Very clean and today hotel.swimming pool is spotless aswell.great variety of food.all very fresh. We went end of may an it was lovely a quiet.WiFi was great aswell. staff are very friendly and helpful.great experience. Wish I was still there tbh

We stayed 4 nights at the Hersonissos Palace May 16-20th, 2025 and couldn't have been happier. The hotel was part of a package so we had no choice in which hotel we stayed in. Prior to arrival we were a little concerned based on the low reviews on Trip Advisor.. If your expecting a North American 5 star hotel, this is not it, however the hotel is awesome. From a very seasoned traveler, forget all the negative reviews as this hotel is great. Location, rooms, staff and food were all very good. We were expecting breakfast only however at check-in, they put a bracelet on our wrist and told us the hotel was all inclusive; all meals, snacks and drinks, incl alcohol. The staff here are very well trained and super friendly. Special shout out to Dimitris, the food and beverage manager, as the service and food were exceptional for an all you can eat buffet at every meal. I would give this hotel an honest 4 out of 5 stars from a North American standpoint and don't believe all the negative reviews.

Très bon hôtel, chambres rénovées, grandes douches et Wifi performant. La restauration est riche et variée, les plats change tous les jours. Il y a un grand parking gratuit. Les commerces, Bar et Restaurants de bord de mer sont accessibles à pied. Le personnel est sympathique. Un bon endroit médian pour découvrir la crête. Louer bien à l’avance une voiture à l’aéroport est conseillé, l’hôtel est à 20mn
