"I book a double bed room for 3 nights but the room that is given is old and musky. The bathroom is not as advertised. The floor is flooded wet from water from shower which is not hand held shower in the bath tub. Water stain and sticky carpet. The staff change us to a different room which is not much better. Wish I have taken photos of the bathroom to show future customers."

"On my trip north from Hangzhou, I chose Linfen for my second night, mainly because I've been craving their beef meatball noodles for years after seeing them in videos, and I finally got to try them! The hotel is right by the Fen River, so it was great to get some exercise in the morning. Oh, and the room was really good – spacious and clean! Parking was convenient too, right in front of the hotel."

"The hotel was great. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Breakfast was good too. You could tell from the details that it's a well-managed hotel, which is important and not something every hotel achieves. The only downside was that the parking spaces downstairs were completely blocked by a large number of electric bikes, making it impossible for cars to enter. The hotel couldn't do anything about it."

"السعر مرتفع جداً! الغرف واسعة وتجرب ان الحمام جاف ورطوبة ثلاثية،، توجد طاولة طعام من المهم ان ناخذ غرفة عائلية مع مسبح اطفال وقت العروض والخصومات مع طاولة لتناول الشاي، الخدمة مهذبة خصوصا وتسجيل الدخول والخروج سريع جدا،، عند تسجيل الدخول اخذو بطاقة جيدة،،، لا يتم تنظيف الغرفة مرتين في كل مرة اخرج ، و اكثر ما جذبني هو وجود موظفة غسل الملابس ساعدتني في نقل المناشف الجيدة الى مغسلة الملابس ثم ارسلتها الى باب الغرفة ، و كانت الخدمة رائعة! كذلك الافطار كان لذيذ و متنوع."

"We stayed at this ancient-style hotel in Linfen, and it was truly a comfortable experience. The courtyards and brick carvings exude a rich historical charm. They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station and local attractions, which is incredibly convenient! The dedicated butler provides thoughtful laundry and drying services, which I absolutely loved. Breakfast, afternoon tea, a late-night soup, and custom cocktails are all available. The lighting in the courtyard creates a wonderful ambiance. The clouds in Shanxi have been particularly beautiful these past few days, and the rooftop fitness area has a great vibe. Inside, the rooms are fully smart and modern, with excellent soundproofing and comfort. Staying here for our trip was truly fantastic!"
