"I had to catch my train the next morning. The location is perfect for that, but not so much if you want to see the city. My bathroom was very dirty and didn't seem to have been cleaned since the last guest. There was a huge booger stuck to the bed. I spoke to the woman at reception, and someone cleaned the bathroom a little. I put up with it for one night, but I wouldn't come back. Be aware: some rooms have a window overlooking the stairwell corridor."

The receptionist, Xiao Huang, was very responsible and accommodating in every way. I would definitely stay there again."

"I happened to visit Guilin during the rainy season, so I barely went out and spent almost the entire day at the hotel. The service and reception throughout my stay felt very natural; they weren't constantly trying to upsell me on things. Since I spent most of my time in the hotel room, I got to explore all its features. Even though my room wasn't on a very high floor, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
