"The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?"

"Absolutely terrible. The mattress was utterly disgusting; I wouldn't have even known there was vomit on it if I hadn't been looking for something. The ground floor is a seafood restaurant, and the hallway upstairs reeked of cooking fumes. The staff actually tried to tell me it was guests cooking in their rooms – cooking until the early hours, I suppose? This entire area consists of self-built houses. While it's close to the beach, the smell of fish and cooking oil is very strong. If you like peace and quiet, steer clear. The beach quality isn't great either. From Haikou to Sanya, this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Other places might be overpriced, but at least the quality is there. This is completely unacceptable. Just thinking about that mattress makes me sick. It usually costs around 200, but they hiked the price to 890, caring only about profit and not quality. If the environment and hygiene were even halfway decent, it might be forgivable, but this is what I got. The only positive thing was the staff; besides that, there's really nothing good to say."

"Overall, my stay was excellent, exceeding my expectations. The room had a beautiful sea view from the balcony, which was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very polite and sincere, and they were quick to help with any needs. The location was also very satisfactory; the beach was just steps away, and there was a food street right across the street, making it very convenient for sightseeing and entertainment."

"Stayed for a week during the National Day holiday, and it was a fantastic experience. Even though it was busy, the butlers went above and beyond to take care of us, helping with food deliveries and trips to the beach. We had a very comfortable holiday. The villa is super close to the beach, just a five-minute walk, and the whole villa is spacious. Great value for money, I'll definitely be back!"

The first-floor living room is equipped with a sound system, and the terrace features a rattan relaxation area and viewing lounge chairs – attention to detail is paramount! Cleanliness is impeccable; bedding is changed after each guest and has a sunny scent, corners are dust-free, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free – a dream come true for those with obsessive-compulsive tendencies! The butler service is incredibly thoughtful! From check-in guidance to luggage handling, they provide attentive support throughout the process. Takeout and deliveries are proactively brought to the door, and they even thoughtfully provide mosquito repellent, help book seafood processing, and plan beachcombing routes – you don't have to worry about a thing! The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, so falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night is a must-do! A perfect 10/10 recommendation!"
