Half an hour after the reservation was made, the store contacted them and said that there was no room available and they could not arrange check-in. They asked to cancel the order, but it was almost time to arrive. The store was very late; after repeated negotiations at the store, we were able to arrange a room with a double bed! Suggestion: It is understandable that there are more guests during holidays, but since the online booking platform is launched, the rules should be followed. In the early stage of successful booking and payment by customers, if it is not the customer's fault, the store should take the initiative to strengthen coordination and management, and cannot say ”There is no room anymore” , cancel the order” makes customers negotiate again and again!
