"Hygiene: The towels appeared to have black lint, though it wasn't immediately noticeable. The laundry likely didn't wash them properly; consider replacing them. Facilities: The water temperature was low; it wasn't hot enough for washing hair, and the temperature would drop even further when there were many guests using the water. The floor drain had a slight odor. The kettle socket was on the side and not easily visible; a sign would be helpful. It would be beneficial to provide a bar of soap in the room, especially for those with oily skin or who don't like using shower gel. Soap is a standard feature in larger hotels. No plastic slippers were provided, so you have to shower barefoot, which can be slippery and dangerous. Providing slippers would be recommended. The soundproofing was okay, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. However, improvements to the above points would make the room even better!"

"I really wanted to write a review for this Orange Crystal hotel. It was so much better than expected in every way. Booking a hotel for every trip is usually a time-consuming task, as I'm always worried about choosing a bad one that could spoil my rest and mood, even five-star hotels can be disappointing. So, a hotel like this truly deserves to be seen by more people. It's not without its flaws, but overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The decor style is a blend of modern light luxury and understated oriental minimalism, with extensive use of wood veneers. The public areas feature dark walnut, exuding a stable, rich, and sophisticated vibe, while the guest rooms use light oak. Almost all wooden surfaces have rounded edges and corners. The room furniture uses matte fabric upholstery, creating a restrained and high-end overall aesthetic. Many areas in the guest rooms utilize hidden designs to minimize visible furnishings. The greatest benefit of this is reducing hard-to-clean spots, making tabletops and bathroom counters clean and easy to maintain. Cleanliness is always my top priority when choosing a hotel. There are also many thoughtful designs, such as the shower button being positioned away from the showerhead, and the furniture, seats, and sofas using faux leather upholstery, which is easier to maintain and less prone to collecting dirt and grime than fabric. Other touches elevate the style and guest experience, like the professional audio system, the placement of the aroma diffuser, and the pour-over coffee set. Crucially, the hygiene was also impeccable; the glass aroma diffuser and the pour-over coffee filter and drip pot were wiped very clean, without any stains or water marks. Of course, there were some minor imperfections. There was some peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, and the tabletop of the dining table in the room had some damage. However, the core elements like bedding, bathroom facilities, and main furniture were all perfect in terms of cleanliness and configuration. Let me also talk about breakfast. Initially, I didn't plan to have breakfast at the hotel, intending to try local specialties nearby. However, after two days of intense sightseeing, I was too tired, and with the front desk's recommendation, I decided to purchase breakfast at the hotel on the spur of the moment. When I went to eat, I actually found myself taking a few photos in the restaurant! Here are a few commendable points: 1. The variety of dishes was truly abundant. The hot dishes weren't just filler, and other categories were also plentiful. 2. The taste and presentation of the dishes were excellent, and there were local specialties and ingredients. You could tell that high-quality ingredients were used for many of the dishes. 3. A special mention goes to the thoughtful details. Some dishes were plated very elegantly, making them very appetizing, which isn't a mandatory requirement for a restaurant. 4. All the staff were on point. Dressed in neat suits and all wearing masks, they were constantly tidying up even when there weren't many guests. They actively greeted guests – thumbs up! When checking out, the front desk asked about my stay. I said it was excellent. The front desk then asked if I could write a review, and I told them I was already drafting one while having breakfast. This is the best Orange Crystal I've ever stayed at, and that's the truth, as well as the most sincere assessment of the hotel's management team. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this hotel when visiting Linzhou."

"The location is great, right across from the bus station, and there's a decent-sized supermarket not too far away with very reasonably priced fruits, drinks, and snacks. The hotel staff called ahead to confirm my arrival time and even asked if I wanted them to turn on the air conditioning, which was a nice touch! 👍🏻 Later, they proactively upgraded my room. After I checked in, they even followed up to see if I was satisfied with the room. The service is truly excellent. The room is very spacious, and having the toilet, sink, and shower room all separate is super convenient and avoids any conflicts."
