"An absolute dream of a place to stay. Staff is beyond friendly. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel is situated 1 block away from the beach. This is your home away from home. Extremely safe. It's perfect in the summer because you're seconds away from jumping into the beautiful sea. And for winter it's the best place to stay for a digital nomad. Wifi works great. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Nice structure in the center of Vulcano, not far from the port and the beaches. Kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms equipped with smart TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge. There is also a really nice swimming pool with hydromassage. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, the essentials are there, maybe it could be larger and more varied. Good quality/price ratio, recommended."

"We had a block of three rooms (128, 126, 124) which faced the beautiful pool. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Large terrace. Breakfast each morning had numerous juices, cornetti, eggs, meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt, etc. Servers are highly professional. We had dinner at the hotel, which was excellent. Entire hotel staff was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Some speak English. Will stay here again on future visits."

Only minus: Very long and steep walk to town, plus a high staircase without handrail leading up to hotel. I would not return as for me that was a problem that disturbed my stay."

"The only positive note, the location, a few steps from the Canneto seafront and the shuttle stop that takes you to Lipari. Decent rooms. Really basic hospitality, staff not at all professional in managing the Hotel. Unpleasant episode, we found the breakfast counter completely empty, justifying themselves by having forgotten that we had to have breakfast and instead of doing something they asked if it was the case not to bake the croissants and settle for what was left (nothing). Too much "bar" chatter among the staff and little attention to the guest."

"Sufficient stay but nothing special. Friendly staff and structure quite close to the center of Vulcano (about 10 minutes walk from the port) but there are many improvements to be made: the look of the rooms should be modernized a bit and the shower trays should be changed because they seem dirty and in reality they are just old and ruined, even the bedroom fridge should be renewed with something stronger that (especially in summer) keeps things cold and not simply cool. The TV does not work completely and the internet connection is also quite unstable. The breakfast absolutely needs to be improved as it is very poor both in quantity and quality. Unfortunately, something should also be done for the swimming pool to improve the temperature of the water which, both in the morning and in the afternoon, is always too hot and there is no relief in getting in. Recommended if you do not have great expectations of your stay or if you just have to sleep there."

"فندق جميل مع مناظر مذهلة لميناء ليباري ومحيطه غرفة ممتازة نظيفة، إفطار شامل مع الخدمة الحبوبة (شكرا جزيلا للنادل الرأس الذي علمني عن حجم الإسبريسو وكيف لي أن أطلب قهوة سوداء طويلة😁) الخدمة ممتازة بشكل عام في كل مكان (لا يوجد شيء كثير لبقين في نزلاء الإستقبال) البركة نظيفة & جميلة مع مناظر طبيعية جميلة و خدمة التكاسي أسعار مناسبة و أكثر ما يميز المنتجع التكاسي التي كنت أقيم فيها !! العيب الوحيد هو النقل من وإلى الميناء وهو 200م فقط (ارتفاع تكاليف الوصول) - رسوم الفندق 15-20 EUR من أجل 1 شخص ورسوم التاكسي 20£ للشخصين. يمكنك النزول بسهولة إلى الميناء مع حقائبك ولكن سيكون لطيفاً إذا قدم الفندق مقعداً إضافياً نظراً لكونه فندقاً من الجودة."

So we had a totally unnececessary kitchen with huge fridge, hob etc. It has a nice pool and a private beach area - and the breakfast is good - but it's all a bit motel-like and dull. I wouldn't choose to return."
