但是我孩子住在走廊最尾的一間房, 第一晚半夜有機器聲. 影響睡眠, 第二天去前台要求換房, 說没有. 但會處理噪音間題. 但第二晚還是有, 再投訴. 才說關掉泳池的機器. 第三晚就沒有了噪音. 這是否說明他們就没有重視客人的問題. 所以服務差.
