Premier Inn Lisburn

On arrival at check in I was greeted by a sour faced young lady who was not happy to be doing her job but happy enough to be on her phone. Anyways eventually we got checked in and made our way to our room. The room was mediocre, clean looking but the bed was disgusting, a brown stain on the duvet which I can hope was coffee and not from someone’s backside. An alright nights sleep with a nice view of the river Lagan to wake up too. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the morning. Breakfast was very disappointing. No cooked breakfast, only cereal and toast. The hotel staff at breakfast said that this was due to having no chefs available to cook breakfast. Once breakfast was over we continued on with our day and visited the Titanic museum in Belfast. We got back in time for dinner service. Again very disappointed. The menu presented was on an A4 sheet of paper with very limited options. Food was disgusting. Do not train the dinner chef to cook breakfast just close the kitchen down completely until you find someone who can actually cook. When I complained I was given attitude by a young gentleman server. Do not stay in this hotel. An email to head management will follow.

A lovely comfy clean hotel. The food was excellent. The staff well what can I say.... They are AMAZING... Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the friendliest,funniest and kindest staff we have come across. We have been here for a week and will be sad to say goodbye to them all. Thank you all so much you are all suck hard workers. I had arrived very late at night following a ferry journey and was desperate for a bed. I was a walk-in. Dawn and Tina couldn’t have been more helpful in making this happen. The room was clean, the shower was hot, the hotel was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. This was exactly what I needed after a long day travelling.

This Hotel was absolutely spotless, couldn't fault our stay, the beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious for my family of 6 ,receptionist was very helpful and the morning waitresses was lovely, I would recommend and will be returning for another stay during the summer

Great hotel and service. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast had options for everyone. Parking was good. Standard WiFi is not strong for streaming. Staff were brilliant. Close to Belfast and shopping area. Would definitely stay again.

Thbe hotel is pleasant enough and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a premier room which was nice as I was there for 3 days on business. There is plenty of parking but you are near a busy main road so there is some noise. The aircon worked ok thankfully. On the downside, the adjacent restaurant is best avoided, especially in the eventings. The menu is limited and uninspiring and several items were not available. After the first night experience I ate elsewhere. Breakfast was no more than ok and I felt somewhat sorry for the staff who were obviously not being supported by the management.
