This property was outstanding! We stayed there one night before heading to Paris. It is within walking distance of all the St. Therese sites. The staff was very helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had big skylights. My only concern was the Wi-Fi was only so-so, but that seems to be the norm in France.

We had a good stay here, the facilities are limited as it is an Aparthotel. Recommend to check in advance. Check in is from 4pm only, no flexibility like normal hotel. Parking is provided to the rear of the property. The gate is coded but was open when we arrived. The rooms are very big but more suitable to a week's family holiday for example there is a hob, microwave and fridge in the kitchenette, but no hand soap provided in bathroom. Large shutters on window provided black out. No air con but as all windows opened we had no problems. You have to pre book the pool but you only get a half hour and the sauna wasn't pre heated (on in advance) so not really worth the hassle for 30min. Breakfast was very simple but very nice, good quality products, croissant, pain au chocolate, bread, cheese with option to self serve boiled eggs and muesli. The restaurant closes on several evenings, Monday included. The local town has limited restaurants open on Monday too so plan dinner in advance.

A well converted / preserved townhouse in Lisieux. The bonus for us was secure parking. Restaurant and bar closed on Monday (our visit) but the nearby Brit Hotel was a good alternative. Walk across a local manicured park or down a side street to the cathedral but I noticed all the tourist info. for Lisieux mentioned going elsewhere after seeing the cathedral. Relatively friendly town and a really nice quiet place to stay for the traveller.

I am extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to travel as planned. My booking clearly offered free cancellation, yet when I requested to adjust the date of my stay, the management refused. This approach feels very unreasonable and transactional. I specifically chose this hotel over a less costly option, expecting better service and flexibility. Unfortunately, I was treated unfairly and my experience with their customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. I would advise others to avoid this hotel if possible.

OK hotel Nice little hotel. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (2 adult and 2 teenagers). The room was basic but it was enough for what we needed. The hotel doesn't have a lot of facilities and no entertainment so bare that in mind. It's also in a very 'dead' town so not much to do if you get bored in the evenings. Tv was somewhat dated and only had French channels. Not smart so you can't cast from phone or play netflix, etc. The wi-fi was also very patchy. Biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool can only be used in 30min slots and you have to book a couple of days before. We managed one booking from 7 to 7:30 am. Also no gym which would have been great.

Good hotel. Nice breakfast. Rooms clean. Easy parking. Private pool to book out for FREE. Lovely town around to go and get dinner in. pull out bed a little bit uncomfortable.
