Check in was quick and easy and we got a free complementary cocktail each as it was our first time staying at Moxy. Our room was brilliant with motion lighting under the bed and switches at the bed side for other soft lights. The view of the lake and fountain was great. Perfect location to the NEC Birmingham and across the lake you have lots of eateries. We would stay here again if ever going to the NEC."

"The hotel served its purpose and added a nice start, and end to our holiday. Thankfully the bed was comfy enough, and the shower was great. I would recommend larger hand towels though, for people who have long hair to be able to wrap around their hair, when the get out of the shower. We certainly recommend staying here as it is close to both the airport, and the NEC. All the staff we met were friendly, and they helped make our stay very pleasant. We had both breakfast and dinner here and the food was tasty enough. There wasn't a huge choice, but we both found something we fancied and enjoyed. We have no qualms staying here again."
