酒店在景區裏，景觀環境一流，設備設施齊全，床上用品舒適柔軟，房間乾淨整潔透亮，氣候涼爽，服務周到，工作人員態度熱情，免費升級房型及無人機拍照，開車去周邊景點半小時，餐廳提供綠色食材食品。

來之前看了別人的點評，説晚上找不到路，果然我們也遇到了，幸好酒店服務員準時來電給我們指路，其實衹是晚上酒店大門燈光不太顯眼，加上晚上開車視線有限，白天道路很美，酒店獨特的地理位置如同世外桃源，絕頂的美景之屋，是一個吸氧放鬆的好去處，房間直接能看到北盤江大橋，吃的可以提前與酒店預訂好，環境好空氣好每個工作人員都熱氣還將早餐送到了我們房間，大大的贊，早餐豐富非常值得住上2-3天放空自己，家裡人已經有計劃安排下次帶同事再來了，非常值得推薦的一家，如果設施更新一下就更加完美了

一對一的服務性價比也高，服務特別好，服務員都很熱情，環境好風景好，拍照特別好看，羣山環繞，空氣清新，酒店裡麪就有風景區，房間打掃的也很衞生，無論是帶小朋友帶家人還是和朋友都很合適，有棋牌室，躺在床上就能看到外面的風景，超大落地窗。

價格合適，環境優美，前台服務也很好，早餐種類也很多，工作人員都很熱情，可以看雲海和北盤江大橋，還有玫瑰花牆打卡，鳥巢也很值得去，下午坐在咖啡廳裏面喝着咖啡看着日落，喜歡清靜和自然風光的強烈推薦這家酒店！！！

酒店風景極佳，酒店自己的觀光車接送遊覽裏面的景點。晚餐可在酒店餐廳用餐，我們吃羊肉火鍋，一斤羊肉兩個人吃的好飽。第二天的早餐給送到房間裏，有粉，粥，豆漿，麪包，青菜水果等等，吃都吃不完。接待的小妹妹都很熱情周到！

酒店在山頂，白天比較好找。我們因為到的時候都天黑了，門口沒有燈錯過了路口，走了好一段山路才掉頭回來，到酒店什麼都看不清楚。因為在山裡，房間還有毛毛蟲🐛，孩子嚇得不行。房間在一片向日葵裏，酒店裡麪設施幾乎沒有，連早餐都很簡單！早上看不到日出，聽説可以看到日落，但是錯過了。本次入住體驗感不好，性價比比較低。

酒店在景區裏，環境非常舒服，很安靜。衞生條件好，但設施有點陳舊。服務很好，特別是後勤部的張經理非常熱情，我要到3公裡外的星空花海玩，張經理親自開車來回接送。我要回六盤水，張經理親自幫忙聯繫我車輛。非常感謝張經理🌹🌹

這家酒店地理位置，天然環境，房屋建築都好。但是房間的設施老舊，沒有很好的維護。
服務人員很少，無法跟上服務，雖然他們很想做好。我們看到的整間酒店衹有四個人服務。房間有因為漏水而發黴的強壁沒有處理！房間的窗户門也打不開。
早餐很差，飲食環境很臟亂差！
還有每天有旅遊大巴車帶來很多遊客參觀打卡很吵鬧。
對於這麼好的一家酒店被經營成這個狀況深感遺憾和無奈，對於付出1500元一晚的房價深感失望。貴州的旅遊業的發展進步還需要有很大的改善才能贏取遊客的青睞。
這次的貴州之旅遇到的普遍酒店都有服務和設施不完善的問題。很失望和遺憾！
