The location was nice and the room was nice but it felt as the staff had never experienced non-Chinese customers. Although I booked the hotel, my Chinese had to give them his phone number. Also with my passport, although I showed them everything they needed to see, they were still questioning me.

過來滑雪的，酒店還不錯，涼都補償後才245，平時協議價都是360，很划算，位置不錯，100米就是萬達商場，逛街吃飯方便，去梅花山自駕30分鐘

非常不好，平常不管去哪裡玩早餐都是帶起兩個小朋友去的，都沒有收費，今天去吃可能來晚了基本上都沒有了，服務員還説衹準兩個去，算了，大涼都的旅遊水平服務上不去也真不怪

酒店最大亮點在於其所處位置，地處市中心較為繁華的地帶，旁邊是萬達廣場，對面便是圖書館與規劃展覽館。設施裝修雖有年代感卻並不影響正常使用。服務方面除了入住第一天離退房時間還有兩小時前台和服務員便迫不及待大聲敲門詢問退房還是續住，影響體驗感與午休外其他方面尚可，最後一天退房時一位前台人員態度還可以。
