Booked this holiday with TUI . The rooms are basic but it didn't bother us and the family who run it are very friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask and nothing was a problem. The views are stunning, the pool is stunning. It's so quiet and relaxing and a short walk to the restaurants. The majority of people are lovely and friendly..... We had a fantastic holiday.

Booked these studios through Tui with my granddaughter which was her first visit to Greece. The studios were inadequately equipped. Had no decent cutlery or cooking equipment. The shower head was broken and the hot tap in the kitchen did not work, toilet was badly stained and there was splattered dead bugs on the walls. The couple next door had the same problem. Our beds were not changed for the whole week and i had to ask for a change of towels, and some blankets as we only had a sheet over us at night my grand daughter had to wear her leggings and hoody to keep warm. I would like to point out the pool area was clean and the views amazing.

A wonderful simple studio apartment. Beds and pillows were comfy, bathroom basic but clean and functional. Gorgeous views, in a quiet area at the end of the beach but easily walkable to all the restaurants. The pool is a fun way to cool off. The best thing was Micheal, Angela and their daughter. They are incredibly kind, nothing is too much trouble. There are little generous touches eg they have parasols for you to borrow. You can also eat there so if you prefer not to leave one evening - it makes it all very easy. We all found something to eat we could enjoy, my son said it was the best spaghetti and meatballs he’d ever eaten and we had delicious grilled fish. They also have some helpful staples you can buy water, cakes, ice creams etc and offer breakfast and lunch too. Great value.

Siamo stati ospiti per 2 settimane nei Aghios Gerasimos studios, prenotata tramite Eden viaggi (colazione inclusa) e il ci siamo trovati bene. La vista sulla baia di Lourdas è bellissima, lo studio è piuttosto grande, arredato in maniera essenziale ma funzionale. C'è un angolo cucina con fornello elettrico, bollitore (mai usati) e piccolo frigorifero. Il bagno è piccolo, negli standard greci; la doccia non ha la tendina, ma ha un piatto con bordo alto ed è delimitata su un lato da una parete in plexiglass, per cui avendo un solo lato aperto e facendo attenzione, la quantità di acqua che finisce fuori è minima; il doccino va tenuto in mano. Comunque è disponibile un secchio e un "mocio " per raccogliere l'acqua fuoriuscita. La struttura dispone di una veranda coperta con vista sulla baia, dove è possibile fare colazione e eventualmente cenare. La colazione è molto buona ed è possibile scegliere; abbiamo optato per la n. 5, che per persona comprende cappuccino (o altra bevanda calda), due fette di pane tostato, burro e marmellata, una fetta di ciambella fatta in casa, una scodellina con yogurt greco con miele (squisiti) e un bicchiere di succo di frutta. Il proprietario cucina bene e tutti i giorni prepara un menù tipico greco; entro le 12 è possibile scegliere i piatti e la sera viene servito quanto prenotato. I prezzi sono allineati con quelli dei ristoranti della zona. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili: se c'è qualche problema basta chiedere e provvedono subito. Consigliato

The apartments are set on the hillside overlooking the beautiful bay of Lourdas kefalonia. It was very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a good size. Kitchen equipment basic but sufficient. beds comfortable. Small shower but plenty of hot water. A small pool has been installed this summer which we enjoyed using. Michael and Angela couldn’t do enough to make their guests welcome. Snacks were available and a simple Greek menu was offered each evening should you wish to eat there. The food and wine was very good. Breakfast was also on offer but we didn’t try breakfast.

Booked this holiday to Kefalonia 1 week before departure, with the understanding we were lucky to find a holiday on this beautiful island. The accommodation is up a short steep hill from the beach to your room in 10 min, so great access to Lourdas beach if without a car and mobile. Each apartment has a balcony and a beautiful uninterrupted sea view of Lourdas bay, which I imagine you would struggle with at one of the large hotels. Clean swimming pool and outside loungers, tables & showers. We often had the pool to ourselves in August and no fighting for sun loungers. Michael the owner is very helpful and welcoming. We had one dinner in the small restaurant, which we pre ordered at lunch. You can buy breakfast, drinks, water, ice-cream from the bar, useful if you haven't got a car. Michael arranged car hire for us for €55 per day, which was delivered to the accommodation to explore the island. Lots of sites 30mins away such as churches, caves, coasteering, Skala, Poros, Agostoli etc. The beach is wonderful easy mixture of sand and pebbles, with beachfront bars, cafe & ATM and mini market. 2 Loungers 1 umbrella €7 for the day. Family of 4 cheapest meal was €70 and on out last night spent about €120 at a lovely fish/meat restaurant. Lunches/breakfast we went to the bakery on the main road on the way out for our day trip. Negatives of the accommodation 1. Self catering element was poor, so luckily we planned to eat out most nights. 1 hot plate ring, 3 plates, 3 forks, 1 knife, no cooking utensils, 1 pot, 1 frying pan, 3 cups, 2 glasses. 2. 2 adults 2 teenagers in 1 large room, fine if you are keeping the cost down. If I return I will book the 2 bedroom apartments at the top, which have been updated. 3. Wet room style bathroom, which is not my preference, the toilet adjacent to the shower...water everywhere & not fun padding around the bathroom with wet feet, especially with boys!! I can't seem to scroll up for more positives, but bins cleaned out daily & clean sheets and towels on 4th day. We had a wonderful holiday in Kefalonia and we would return, but with older kids go for the 2 bed apartments.
