Rainford Gardens by UStay Aparthotels

Lovely Apartment and great location. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless. Need to have some fans in the room as it gets very hot, Some small issues with toilet not always flushing and dishwasher not working but all in all a great wee place to stay.

First time in Liverpool and looking forward to the get away for a night with the girls. Entrance is hard to find and no signs but eventually found it, behind a group of people who were sat on the stairs smoking and drinking so not good first impression. Trying to get in was like crystal maze. Having to unlock the key box and then figure out where the door was when you got inside, with another code and then trying to find the door to the room. On entrance to the room it looked clean and beds were spread out. We were already told it would be noisy as it’s right next to the clubs and bars but with the door closed it wasn’t too loud. When getting comfy we found there was nowhere to hang clothes and was only one mirror in the bathroom and one small one in the main living area. Definitely not enough for 5 ladies. The floor also moved when you walked on it, with very loose under flooring in the kitchen area and the bathroom and felt quite unstable. The beds are comfy and of a good quality. The room design is very cool and certainly like the style of it then a normal hotel. We had a big problem with the door when we came back to drop out coats off, the door then wouldn’t open from the inside. The lock had broken and we couldn’t leave the room. This is a risk if we were in an emergency situation and couldn’t get out. The man came in the morning at 8am to unlock us (as it opened from the outside) but still would not open from the inside so had to leave the door open until we left the apartment. This obviously ruined our night away as we couldn’t leave the apartment and had no food either. If you book please ensure everything works correctly.
